Operation Dragong Rising (I don't like calling it Operation Flashpoint ;) ) Felt more like a reality mod for Battlefield 2/BadCompany/whatever, while ArmA 2 felt more like an actual realistic game. So yes, ArmA 2 is the true sequel here.

You can't trade Steam games without completely trading Steam accounts, and I doubt ANYONE would create a Steam account just for ArmA 2 or Operation Dragon Rising.

Yes, I have had no problems with installing and using mods on the Steam version.

The demo is unpatched, unpatchable and over all not very good. However, it's true the mouse control has been fixed, ALOT.

Change fire modes with your main gun (Should be F, not sure, I use a cusotm layout) you should then be able to place satchel charges with a left click, stand back and bring up the action menu, choose Touch Off bombs. And yes, next time please use a more descriptive title.

No this is the ArmA 2 forums, the game you're talking about is somewhere else. Seriously though, my friends and I have never experienced ANY of these "game breaking" bugs, or even much bugs at all.

Xfire is on 24/7 for me, just like Steam, Unless ofcourse, it conflicts with something.
