What kind of Body Armor will be in the game? (if any)

Few of you guys are talking about what matters, your all debating the values of dragon skins VS others... what's that got to do with arma guys? This thread is about the hopeful idea that some type of body armour -WHATEVER ITS NAME- will be added, you all know what ever it looks like will be cosmetic ONLY and the physics of it will be rudimentary, so how this or that armour performs in real life, means NOTHING to this thread. Personally i've seen ONE game only ever that had body armour worked in, Americas Army 3. the "armour" would let you take 3 rounds to the chest, before breaking and leaving you exposed, which made for don't aim for the chest habit to be trained. It's a feature sorely lacking in today's game where we look like 21'st century soldier, but are actually armoured like world war one.. aka no armour, specially when chest shots are almost always fatal in game. -

Same here, all patched up. default steam install location so C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam win7 home premium 64bit BE innitialisation failed. try replacing the BE .dll from website, no go followed Dwarden instruction on other post, no go -
a DLC similar to what they did for thw brits but for Canada troops... aint that hard.. half the stuff is already in game!

Worse.. Silenced m9 can go right thru... and on trucks, hummvee also breaks the glass in 1 or 2 shots....non silence doesnt.. figure THAT one out...

In Controls, options, i get trackIR and Freetrack for options.. first does nothing.. second makes some results, but I cant seem to get the program to "talk" to AO.. i just get put in a jittery loop and none of my movements translate into game. What am I doing wrong?

Actualy arma became on sale ONCE that i know off.... and the no pre order thing for the xpack its beyond sad. its a missed opportunity as the OP said.

Enjoyed the mod thus far.. only nitpick would be the kicked up dirt might be a bit much.. if a MG fires at prone enemies for example, very quickly you totally loose sight of the target, and immediate area of where you hit, such things will get players killed. (havent tried 1.1 yet.. just finished a 4h session.. ugh)
