  3. Bohemia Interactive knows that unrestricted user modification results in epic winnage. So, I suppose that user modification will not be restricted. I'll already can imagine a bunch of custom maps, new kind of units, vehicles, game modes and new features introducing mods. Should I be worried?

    Thanks for the reply, but: I am using the necessary addons(Yoma). The problem happens before anything... I mean, I press connect, then I get stuck. So The problem isn't the mission. I talked to one of the admins and he said that the server is using a beta patch, and some players are reporting this issue with this server patch installed. But if this is the problem, why I do not get stuck on the Pure server(which runs without addons; port 2322)? All servers being run by this IP are with beta patch. Server tracking sites will show it as an ArmA 1 server... I wasn't able the find the ".rpt". Neither on the D and C drives. (D is where A2 is, C is where OS is)
  5. OK, this is the weirdest problem ever. This is what is happening: Every time I try to connect to a SPECIFIC server(216.155.140.30:2302), I get stuck on "Wait for host". Sometimes it works, but this is EXTREMELY rare. The strange is that I can connect to just ONE server being run by this IP(216.155.140.30). But I can connect to ANY other server in the world. The servers that I can't connect are with the ports: 2302, 2312 and 2342 I already tried opening these ports by the firewall settings and by the router settings. This is kinda hard to explain, but I think this explanation will do the job. Anyone knows something about this?
  6. How? I need to set an HMMVV as a Mobile respawn, but even after reading all the threads about mobile respawn I figured out it... First I know that I need to create a marker that will follow the vehicle, but none of the scripts that I tested worked. So I'm here asking for help. :o Thanks...

  8. I'm stuck at this part, where after going down to the crash site, I need to call an UAV to find the captives location. But how I can call it? I already try going into the IFV Bradley, but I see no option to call the UAV. Please help... Thanks...

  13. So, I know that there is lots of IEDs Threads, but none of them helped me at all. What I need is know how to create a IED on editor and let only a certain unit disarm it. Like the "Engineer - Explosives" (ACE2). Other units can disable it by detonating a C4 on it and by the action menu, but if they try by the action menu the IED may explode. The IED should normally explode when a car pass close to it. Thats all... Thanks
  14. Hi everybody, I'm complete noob at scripting(I even don't know if this requires scripting) but everybody has to start somewhere... So... I need a way to make 4 choppers to extract some guys. I have some very basic knowledge on this, but is VERY BASIC. This is how its need to be: Chopper on ground*engines off*>wait 40 minutes> take off> go to LZ(invisible H)>land*engines on*>wait 50 seconds>take off> go to waypoint. IT NEEDS to be like this, because its a multiplayer mission. I also need help in how to make ONLY the enemy AI to respawn, or how to make the enemy AI respawn in waves(respawn or creating groups, dunno) for 40 minutes with waypoints set. And please, don't talk like I already know something, because, like I said, I'm a complete NOOB at complex mission editing and any kind of scripting. Thanks...
