Unable to save on "Dogs of War" mission(Too many virtual blocks requested)

It happens more often as i progree into the mission, now it's almost impossible to save. Even Autosave crashes and bring back to XP. May be a error in the mission that can't be save. And save and loading take more longer now Core I7920 - geforce gtx260 - MB Gigabyte GA-ex58-UD4 - 4 go DD3 - SATA II
