I also have the same error, cant use the editor or most missions, its a fresh install with no mods, googled it and theres a few people saying that when it installs make sure it creates a folder in ur documents... what if it doesnt? how do u fix that?
Tried installing as admin, running as admin, even tried patching and cracking, but nothing helps the error is always there at startup - No entry 'bin\Config.bin/CfgWorlds.West. (or .east depending on map)
you wouldnt think this would be a problem from a store bought game... maybe its something to do with Vista?
If anyone has solved this problem please let me know :*(
