Greetings I would like to open config.bin file but when i do with notepad its all screwed up. Any program to accomplish this? Also, where is the weapon effects hidden, i would like to edit one bomb effect. Thanks

Greetings I must say i love ace, but i hate this six updater it comes with, also now i see other mods useing it. It's like a plaque going from one mod to another, can we please not use this damned updater anywhere else. It just makes things more complicated, why not give us the files we want and we install them the normal way. I love ace, dont get me wrong, i just dislike installing things on my computer.

How can you suspend someones account, for saying that. He could very well have purchased the product, but use different version for some reason. I my self buy all my games, but 90% of the time i use version of the game without copy protection. Oh, and yes i can provide proof of my purchase. I'm really starting to dislike your way of moderation. Piracy is a bad thing, and you could have sent him a pm about this. Maybe you could have even, asked for a proof of ownership of the orginal, BUT you do not ban or suspend accounts like that.

Hello Could someone tell me how do i make this happen. I place my self with a team of soldiers in a village, then i make few enemy unit groups and give them waypoints to attack the village. This i know how to do, BUT now i need to get more to respawn after the first wave of attack. I cannot make large armies (my computer processor says no) so i need to respawn them after first attack. So i have this question: How do i make group of units to respawn after i kill them.

Not touching that six updater, why is it so hard to understand that most people want the map and nothing else. I'm sick of this updater, takes alot more time to use it in client end than to download the damn map and drop it in a folder. Can't say i'm impressed.

Damn, cant wait. Your mod is the shiet! I think this mod is best of them all, can't wait for you to make more awesom explosions and stuff. I think your artillery fire that comes from MSLR is just sick. Only thing i would like smaller is the sparks, cause those seem quite big. Also, could you make a HD version of your mod, for those who have lot of GPU power, you could use more particles in that HD version. Anyway, good job keep em coming! WOOHOO!!!

Greetings After gettin 1.5 (i regret i did) i cannot target anything while flying. AI does not use hellfire missiles, and when i try to give command to attack tank, it says sorry i cant and does not engage, same thing with pillboxes. Mods i have: ACE2 - 1.95 version i think. All HIFI sounds WARFX explosion effects Anyone else have this problem? Please help!

I must appologize my behaviour, i have been on drunken rampage for few weeks now. Sometimes when things dont work in personal life, it's easy to lash out at the internet. My humble appologies to ace team, how ever i still dislike the change. I currently play warfare with ace mod and the choppers feel very gimped. Also, i have some problems destroying a pillbox with apache and few other choppers. Fintroll

Those damn retards at ace team, they removed the alt tabbing, cause it would make it too easy to kill with longbow. I'm uninstalling that shiet, watch some videos of that chopper, it can drop some serious hurt in a matter of seconds. Give me back my tab targeting....:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

lol greatest mod tool ever made, only thing that it does is help save bandwith and keeps mod updated. There are lot of free download sources, where you can put your mods. I personally will not use this, it's complicated and takes too much time, also i want to decide and read mod updates before i install anything. I don't want to learn to use it, i want to play not study a software. So i wish in future we could have both versions, six version and normal.

It should be optional, not forced upon you. Another thing is, it takes me 45 seconds to install mod normal way, why the hell would i want some sort of complicated program to do it for me. Another thing is, if i want to upgrade a mod, i can look what version is available from website. This way I KNOW WHAT ARE THE CHANGES!

I'm really fed up personally in these copy protections, and decided few years back i will never buy another game unless i have first tested it. Did the same with Arma2 and was happy to buy it when i knew it was good game and worth supporting the developers. Most PC games today are utter crap and i would not install them even for free (MW2 and the like with down graded functionality etc..), the game industry is in bad shape these days with EA and other fools only looking for maximum profit.

Dear creator of this mod, this mod kicks ass. I have had much fun seeing forest and village fires, i must say this is the most immersive mod at the time. I have a question, i was hopeing to get answered. Is it possible to change the fire effects to the same color as the ones found in WarFX mod, i think warfx has the best fire effects i have ever seen. I have been trying to manually mod the fires, but without success so far. I have been trying to change config file too, but it didnt help. Anyway, thanks for this awesom mod and your hard work.

WarFX, i fixed this by deleting the exhaust folder, i get a warning ingame from MMA, but everything works like a dream after i remove the exhaust folder from MMA and repackaged.

Well, i have strange weapon effects with missiles and explosions. Thank you for awesom mod btw, very nicely made.

Would it be possible to use only your counter measures? I have weapons fx and jtds fire and smoke mod combined so i have an awesom effects. If i use mando missiles i get bad effects and i cannot live without those effects. I love mando missiles, but i dont want to lose the night particle effects, is there anything i can do?

Greetings Anyone managed to get AI to takeoff with a Jet? I just dont know how to do it and they always just go around like vechiles eventually getting stuck or blown. Also i have noticed that my choppers always hit mountains. So anyone have any tips? Also please BI do something about the flying AI, flares and realistic physics. Anyway last patch was a big step into the right direction. Fintroll

Greetings I have this bug that when i move as infantry unit, and turn the mouse while moveing the soldier stops everytime and starts running or walking after it. So i run, look with my mouse on right and he stops, if i keep "w" down and do not release it, he continues to run again. This is really bad bug and i have noticed it after 1.3. Am i the only one and is there any fix? Please help!

If BIS dont simulate air combat, it should not be there. Add flares, the current fly models are absolute joke, the handleing of aircraft is very very very unrealistic and without flares you should not even have implemented any air units. Shame on BIS, this is only feature in game that makes me mad. Please make those flares and tweak air physics.

Greetings Is there a server where people actually use voice chat, or even text communication? I have been playing crCTI alot and i really enjoy it ALOT! The only problem is that there is no team work, people just steal others stuff and go around zerging the villages without any plans. If i happen to be the commander, i like to micro manage each player. I ask what they would wish to do and what sort of equipment they are considering and what sort of experties or experience they have, based on this i would send them funds and give them right mission, but NO these guys dont listen. 1. I give them 20k for a chopper and tell them to guard the coast line, and these idiots fly straight in to the enemy base where they get instantly shot down. I told this guy to be in the coast because i had made sure there was no antiair in the area, and refuel + support base was near in the island that i had setup. I clearly explaned this to the pilot. 2. In other case, i tell the player to give me 7k money from his 30k stack to fund other player that is new and needs a tank to patrol stary sobor, the player refuses and tells me that he earned the money and plans to save it for a jet if the current one gets blown. I try to explane to him that this is a team game and i need to funds for this other player, and im the commander so give me the fucking money. This player was a good pilot, but not a team player. This made me mad and i really got pissed. I didnt kick him out, maybe i should have. 3. Also, sometimes (tho rarely) there is a team killer that blows up our base, tho this is very rare, but very annoying if you have been playing the same mission for 5 hours. I have only been in 3 games, where people planned everything and it was the greatest gameing experience in my whole life, even when i was commanded to put mines around a village and it was bit tendious. Tho, it payed of when the enemy arrived 30 mins later. In one game our team was a dream team, 1 player was very experienced and was our commander, it was 5 vs 12 and we won being only team of 5 with a good team work and excellent commander. So my conclusion is i need to rent a locked server and find people to play in it that like team work and plan their attacks. This is a game that rewards patience, not rushing and most people dont get it. Anyone have any info on good server, maybe a clan or something i could join so i dont have to rent a server cause im bit sort on money. I just got laid of from my work because the company was not doing well, so i need to be careful with my money. Any ideas, suggestions or own experiences`? Fintroll
