Hows about an idea of recreating the movie district 9 with all the characters and the aliens playable in the game with the correct alien weapons and the effects of those weapons and have the prawns as one faction and mnu (humans) as another. plus also creating a map of johanessburg with district 9 integrated into the map and being able to place the huge alien mothership in the game. could also include tht alien walker machine. It may sound hard to do and might be a challenge but if done correct and all works it could be a really fun mod to add to A2. :)

yea i got tht same prob too when all my support has disappeared and i want to attack main base but 'boomerang' never attack at all (im so pissed off with this mission seein as it took a while to get to mny current location)

[Havin errors installing 1.02 patch HELP!!!]

Hey guys im new to Arma 2 and im trying to install the latest patch but im gettin corruption errors. all the files of the patch hav extracted successfully but everytime i open up the patch installer it gets to about 80% installed and then shows the message "files are corrupt". I hav no idea wat is goin on and im annoyed with it. could anyone provide sum help with this issue. Much appreciated!!

PS: Im new to the arma series and i am loving it. GO ARMA 2!!

EDIT: ok iv figured it out iv now got the patch to install and i cant wait to get online and kick sum butt!!
