I tried your new one today and perhaps its slightly too difficult.

Had another go and got through the hide objective, though my team mate was found, I noticed the marker to the second objective doesnt seem to show, it stayed pointing at the castle.

Nice to see youve released this campaign, I think being slightly on the back foot makes things interesting, sneaking about is more fun than just rolling in with a thousand tanks! thanks for your efforts Melmarkian

Ah ok, my team-mate had been injured on the way up so he was moving slower than I was, and the enemy were more or less just behind him really. I think perhaps a few clues may help, possibly also having the enemy start slightly further away? as on my first try we were shot to ribbons because I was busy looking at the task list as the mission started. I'll try again and see if I can hide next time. :)

Ive tried the mission, we got to the castle and waited, then the enemy turned up and shot us both, Im guessing there should be a trigger at the castle that didnt work?

Good to hear its coming along, I have to say the last Misson "locals" was my favourite so far, the stealth/undercover type missions would probably appeal to a lot of people.

Hello Melmarkian, Im playing through these at the moment and had serious slow down on the mission "on patrol", my advice would be to delete most/all of the objects at the airbase because they arent really seen after the intro. Nice intros and outros to!:)

Played it through again and everything seems to be working as it should!:)

I did try the last part again and knocked out the aircraft and occupants, but the mission didnt end. Overall still an enjoyable mission.:)

I noticed 2 aircraft, a drone and a helicopter, but both seemed well out of range of AA weapons from the meeting point, maybe a trigger that ends the mission when they're out of reasonable range might work? Following on from the point Alex made, using a Arma2 launcher with multiple profiles, then setting up one profile with the bare minimum of addons can be a good idea when mission editing, saves problems later.

Ive just tried your mission and I like it, youve chosen good locations and the locals knocking about the market adds some atmos! I did have a problem with the last objective though, when I arrive nothing much seems to happen, it didnt seem to complete. Anyway I'll look forward to your future missions/campaign.

I dont think this is possible without editing the mission file, it would be nice to choose but the "unit" button is greyed out.

You need a tripod for it, get someone else to carry it for you, then you should get the option to assemble mortar.

First of all the latest patch for Arma 2 is 1.08, and 1.56 if you have OA. Theres a list of places to download in the first link. Just playing 1.3, very challenging mission, very intense, I like the option of using minefields and the other small details and touches youve added, good use of voices and things that make it stand out from other missions, great job SaOk. edit: just had a scout round the airfield and think maybe a BAF weapons crate would be handy if you were doing an update.

The factory blows up, it just doesnt tell you, if you look on your map it should have changed to the next objective.

Try disabling any mods, I had a similar problem at first.

I had a go with your mission and overall its very good, but I get no confirmation of tasks completed and the mission didnt end, you need to have a look at the triggers. Look forward to your next mission!
