Having troubles getting past 30 fps during multiplayer sessions. Q9550/GTX295

I have pretty much the same setup as you do and I get 22-28 fps on highest settings and resolution and 22-28 on lowest settings and resolution. No change no matter what I do. Something is wrong on Bi's end.
