Hi,I have a gtx295 water cooled video card and the arma 2 reg. runs very smooth.I just bought arrowhead and the game runs very studdery like my harddrive disk is stop/ starting every 5 secs very fast.Even with everything set at low same issue.I guess dual gpu's doesnt work for this game at the moment.

Just wondering y nobody servers those Team vs Team pvp servers anymore.They are fun.

I had 2 Co-op evga 295's in SLI and then had mad micro studder in this game.Others games ran fine.It seems large open world tpye games the micro studder was very noticeable.I pulled out the second card and ran with 1 295 and this game ran so much smoother.Dont bother getting a another 295,at least for this game it doesnt work.

Hi,i had to reformat my harddrive couple days ago and reinstall arma 2/Ace mods.I love flying the A-10 and the sound of the GAU 8/A Cannon.Yesterday i get everthing running and installed. Joined a ACE server,get into A-10 and now theres no load out of half of the missles and no GAU 8/A ammo.Ok so i thought i go to Air service to reload and then nothing happens.Even when i get out to change missle setup nothing still doesnt reload.I tried other servers and its the same thing.So i figured maybe my OS/ARMA 2 install wasnt correct.I decided to reformat harddrive again fresh install.I log in join a server and Dam same thing. No ammo in GAU 8/A and i cant reload at Air Serice pad.Was something changed in ACE mod so now u cant use GAU 8\A? thanks is any info.

Hi,new to mods and finaly got ACE mod installed.That Six install mod progam that installs ACE mod has option to pick JTD fire/smoke i think no? Or is that the ACE modS own version. I played mostly online and didnt noticed the huge smoke effect that some of these pictures show, but noticed the fire effect on stuff was different.I can run the JTD FireAndSmoke with ACE online?

Hi, this might be a simple thing to do,or maybe it cant,but iam having hard time figureing it out.I would like to run my own server.I have the regualr DomiA3! ACE 1.27 installed but theres very limited vechels to use, and can run it fine.How do i get those 1.30,edited up versions of DomiA2!ACE co op missons,that u can play on the big servers with lots of vechicles/custom settings to use.I see when u join those servers it downloads the mission into my users\doumuments arma 2 mpmission.Its just a named file of that mpmission i join earlier with nothing in it.I tried dragging it into the main mpmissions of aram2 and i c it in options menu when selecting mp map/mission.Click on to luanch the mission , but nothing happens.Sry if doesnt make sense.Basicly I like some of those edited/modded DomiA2\ ACE co op mission that most servers have and would like run the same ones on if possible

Its monday March 1 4pm. Are the servers down cant c any in lobby.Was playing online 2hrs ago and now there's no servers showong up in lobby menu.Did have a few crashes while playing ,maybe my files are corruped now.

Hi,bought a new seagate 7200.12 500gig harddrive.Installed fresh OS with arma 2.I also have a raid0 setup with first gen. 74gig raptor hard drives from 2005year.The load time for arma2 is faster on the raptors.Not sure if this makes sense but running the game on the new seagate 7200.12 the graphics look a little more detailed then running on the rapors.If flying the little stutter i get on the raptors is almost un noticeable now on the 7200.12.Are the new harddrives just build better even though its a 7200 speed then a 2005 raptor 10,000rpm harddrive in that graphics can be drawn faster on screen giving better picture of the game?

Hi,owned arma 2 since USA release and have the Steam version of game.Ive install the game 4-5 times with new formated harddrives and fresh operation system threw out the months sience game release and had no problems.Have Windows7 now installed and has been running great since windows 7 lauch.I dont install any mods because i dont know how too and if mods work with steam version.I have 2 installed farely fresh hard drives with OS and arma2 installed on both.I noticed last week on my game/OS windows7 system harddrive i use just for gaming i can only join a few of the reg. servers i play online.And now basicly 1 or 2 servers i can only join now.I tried my other hard drive with fresh OS/Arma 2 installed and everything worked.But slowly the servers i could join iam down to 1 or 2 servers again.I get a message as iam joining a server: my Player has Modded content-CA something like that.Then other message line says u can not Edited/delete exec.exec. files missing Ace...this and that and then boots me back to lobby.Are servers using a beta patch or Mod i need to install to play on serrvers?Only 2 out of 10 servers i use to be able to play on i no longer can.All have same exacted message.And i do not Mod any of my arma 2 files.Whats up?
