Well, I'd say, while having low quality hills will obviously make it easier to see a sniper, this can be avoided. The SAS refer to "silhouette" as one of the main tenets of camouflage. Essentially, stay in valleys, and certainly never on hills. Hills almost certainly appear as unbroken lines unless a sniper is on them. Trees are the safest bet. Good hunting
