Rogue Spear was such an epic game, i wish i could relive the days of playing it again and can only hope that they remake it! One thing i don't understand is how a game like rogue spear featured blood decals wherever someone was hit and games today either have pre-set decals or non at all... (Yes i loved going up to the enemy i dropped and looking into the bullet hole) :) Storming the hi-jacked plane on the runway, priceless.

Many of the dev team were killed but that was after the ArmA II release date :)

I wish i could say the same, whenever i get AI ontop of a tower they always end up falling off the edge.

Yeah, the F35 especially. It starts to shake at high speeds :( maybe they should lower the speed in the config? There isn't much you can do when flying that fast anyway :p Regards, R

I have been able to load and witness 1500 AI fighting on Utes, i don't think it would go down so well on the goliath map that is Chernarus...

Understandable but from my experience the game engine is not capable of being stable in single player/campaign situations, just like A1. OFP CWC and OFPR were the only campaigns i ever played/completed and enjoyed. Armed Assault campaigns are a different story...

Depending on what kind of rig you have, 2000AI may just be playable... but 2000 people on a server... hmm wait for the year 2020 :)

Do people really still play the campaign and single player? It's all about multiplayer and it's a gem in that department :)

I totally agree. There is a lot of user made content that should be standard within the game so that it can be used online without the need for addon folders and the like.

Hi there, I thought it may be a good idea to share your online experiences within the community be it good or bad... As well as the bad times in Arma (bugs and the like). There is also much fun to be had and old OFP moments to be relived :) Today i took part in a game on the Arma 2 UK server with a bunch of random guys, the mission was the usual "Evolution Marines" and to be quite honest it was one of the best multiplayer games i have been in since OFP Resi. Despite obvious bugs and super AI, times like these are worth sticking around for and that's when this game really shines. The game was full of teamwork and banter, and it was great to see people playing the game together as a collective.
