this is not a rant about arma i absalutly love it but i got the direct to drive game and i noticed that it looks different than others like on you tube the 3d editor looks diferent ALOT more different and there are no flyable birds whats going on plz help???????(could it be the version?)

it downloads the RAR file and i put it in the addons but i cant find it in the editor there is no "other fraction"?????plz help

i have a duo core processor 1.8 GHz each and a high grade grahpics card with 1 gig of memory. i am ganna put another hardrive into my computer so ill have two and the hardrive has 360 gigs of memory i believe and im also gana put two sticks of memory which make 1 gig, i do believe i have 4 gigs already is there anyway id be able to play:confused:............the reason i cant give you full specs is because i dont have the computer with me

just go to a faction you want then go to air and then parachute then select flying for special then put as player

i have another computer that id like to play this game on....its a duo core processor 2.8, witch i hear isnt the best thing but what if i have a good graphics card and a shit load of memory will it help because im upgrading it with two sticks of memory witch make a gig and another hard drive with about 360 gigs of memory so ill have two hardrives. will i be able to play this game at low or medium settings? i could turn down the resalution will that help because i think arma's the coolest game out there right now but but my computer sucks(to some degree) and i cant pay for a quad core because im only 13 ive got an allowance from cuttin grass but thats it

ive played pr, one word BUGS! that game is full of bugs but when i played it i was in hevan FINALLY a realistic Shoter and i thought why dont they make a game based off of pr and well.... i found my answer ARMA. Yes PR has more players but arma2 is more realistic(except multiplayer) my opinion PR 4 stars ARMA2 5 and id give BF2 a 1 (lol)

Hi, i live in america on the eastern coast and apparently it was relesed jun 25 or 26 and its july and i cant find it anywhere ive tryed best buy wal-mart eb games and gamestop nothing, can you help me? p.s. how the hell do you make HQ in the demo editor?

no i downloaded a file from mircrosoft and where i downloaded it to i found a file called DXsetup and it will start an installation, it might fix your problem

no we are talking about the game wont even start, just be happy you can play it :mad: its everything ive been looking for in a game maby ill have better luck on the steam version on my other computer

also when ever the error comes up it says Arma2Demo.exe - Unable to locate component, i tryed your suggestion on the windows vist service pack but i already have it installed. Why wont it work? the file that is asking for i cant find is there a way i can download that particular one?

i load directx 9 redlist as administrater. well i have a directx10 windows vista and ive already loaded it but im still coming up with this error message This application has failed to start because x3dAudio1_6dll was not found :mad: note: im am trying to play the demo p.s. looks like a crazy game:yay:
