To be clear, do I have to do any guiding after firing Falanga?

I'm having a hard time with helicopter assaults. When I'm piloting one with a gunner, I locked on on a tank and equipped Falanga. Problem is, gunner doesn't fire. When I tell him to fire with ctrl+lmb it misses. I have the target cursor right on top of the tank, it's targeted (square reticle) and locked on (round reticle), I'm very close, like 200-300m and I'm on low altitude like 80-100m. What gives? Also when I try to do it myself without a gunner, I can't seem to lock on. Is there a way to do it on my own?

Shift and numpad minus combination doesn't seem to work. I press them ingame to enter a command but nothing happens. Any help?

Like a lot of people I'm stuck at Manhatten mission and I'm looking to cheat my way out of it. Someone said that there's a cheat for it but I can't seem to get it work. I press Shift+Num- in game but nothing happens. I downloaded debug console mod and tried to exec "endMission, campaign" but that didn't work either. Any ideas what I can do?
