    Where are the NAPA or CDF guys in Novy Sobor? I did NOT help the priest in Manhattan (I reported guns as I had been told that NAPA was likely behind the terrorism in Moscow), so the NAPA guys don't offer to help me after the Saber cutscene. I tried driving to Novy Sobor but could never find any NAPA or CDF, only very hostile Russians with tanks and APCs. Is it possible to chopper or drive to Novy and find NAPA help?
