  1. Before I start, if this is in the wrong forum, feel free to move it, delete it, etc., mods. In short, I need a PBO Unpacker that works for OA. I've tried programs like Laza and ArmA UnPbo, but they don't work or I can't get them to work for OA PBOs for some reason. Now for the reason: I need to unpack the PBOs to find the path/file name/whatever of the OA version of the 1911 and M9s because they don't work with Deadfast's pistol replacement mod (only in OA, though).
  2. Oh my God, thank you so much, Deadfast! I can finally have a beautiful Kimber instead of the horrible vanilla M1911 thanks to you! Also, if you don't mind me asking, what do you use to unpack the .pbo's or otherwise look at the unit names in the OA configs? PboView doesn't seem to work with OA files.

    Well, that worked, except Laza doesn't want to open the extracted Pbos now. I use it to open the config.bin, which shows config.bin (1) or whatever, but I can't expand/open/branch/whatever the config.bin to view its contents. Any suggestions? Also, sorry that this thread has already changed direction.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you want to be uber technical, shouldn't it be the Mk.14 Mod 0 EBR? :p On topic, I'll edit this post with relevant information when I get to downloading this and playing ArmA 2 (don't have access to my computer right now...).

    MP7s only have 20, 30, and 40 round magazines; there are no 45 round magazines.

    No M14s? :( Other than that, sounds like you guys are doing great. Are you thinking of doing the pistol (and maybe M14 :)) pack later? Edit: Nevermind, you already answered my question.
  9. Hi, Six-Updater cannot find my ArmA 2 installation folder. Any suggestions? I have the Steam version, if that helps.
  10. Just curious, why are you not supporting YAS? I'm sure people will adapt if you don't, but it seems like it would be easier to support it.
  11. Is there anyway to disable #define ACE_NOCROSS? I tried putting // in front of it and it isn't working. It says to look in the ACE2 wiki for possible selections and I'm not finding it.
  12. Not sure this is the right place to post this, but ever since downloading the latest ACE version and/or ACEX PLA, I don't have a crosshair. I have looked in my clientside config file and tried editting the ACE 2 MOD - CROSSHAIRS section to no avail. Any suggestions?
  13. Hey ACE Team, one question: if I have a more recent version than the server I'm trying to play on, will it say something like "these files are not using a key accepted by the server"?
  14. "Include file userconfig\ace\ace_clientside_config.hpp not found" Help? Where can I find this file or fix this? I downloaded ACE and CBA, but not ACEX. I updated the ACE files using Six-Updater. E: If it helps, all the folders, i.e. @ACE and beta, have a file, ".version", a foldier, ".rsync", containing ".pack" (which contains ".repository"), ".repository", and config. Maybe I did something wrong.
  15. Hey ACE Team, I was wondering about the accuracy of your CQB sights. In , at 0:45, I notice that you show a soldier using CQB sights with what looked to be a TA31F ACOG, which doesn't have back-up iron sights like the TA01NSN. Do soldiers actually do this or was it a mistake?
