My System: CPU: AMD 7850 Dual Core 2.80 GHZ Video Card: ATI 4850 512 MB RAM: 4 GB DDR2 It seams like I'm getting <30 FPS at 1680x1050 I turn off all motion blur and it still seams laggy is there anything else I can tweak to make this run better.

what exactly is "Filtration" ?
