I know how to manual fire from the aircraft but I would like to learn the auto targeting and firing.So from what I read you just have to use tab to highlight your target, then wait for the target shape to change and then shout the command fire?

So you dont need a second man to do this then?

Hi there, could someone please explain to me the method of auto targeting and firing in Aircraft and Choppers. Do you need to have a second man to be a gunner for this?Im wondering whether its the way I have set up my controls on my flight stick or not? Any help or explination would be great.

I am starting to get a little worried about the amount of usage on my cpu while running Arma 2. My G15 keyboard display shows that I am using between 90 and 100% at all times while its running. It is often at 100% as well.Is this normal for my E8500 stock 3.12 ghz cpu?I am running everything on medium bar a few things on high. Any help or explanation would be great.

I have a E8500 cpu and my G15 keyboard display says it running between 90 and 100% alot of the time.It is often maxed out at 100%. Is it ok to play the game like this? Say I play for 1 hour and 60% of that time is spent with the cpu at 100% Surely something is wrong there?

I seem to have a bug in multyplayer, every game I have joined and managed to play for a while but then I get a black screen with the word "recieving" across the middle and it stays like that until I stop Arma2 running. Is there anything I can do as a possible fix for this? Any help, much appreciated.

Hi, i have just purchased Arma 2 today and was suprised the majority of the servers are coop.I have found a few Team and Hold servers but I think they are German speaking. Are there any servers about at the moment that do not include ai bots and have respawning armour and Aircraft?I ask this because every server I have been on they require you to buy weaponry and vehicles, whats all that about? Any help, much appreciated.
