    Patch 1.03 suggestions

Good idea and some blow up dolls please :) ---------- Post added at 02:41 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:35 PM ---------- Need to fix that stuttering, and maybe a few more graphic options like grass length, trees and grass sway on/off, to help fps for mid/low end rigs.
  2. Is there anyway of me using that benchmark in the full game i dont want to download the demo. ---------- Post added at 02:32 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:31 PM ----------
  3. Indeed, nice post m8, arma 2 is awesome in the the right pc, best atmosphere ive seen since shenmue on dreamcast, i used to spend days walking around on shenmue, now i love riding my motorbike and flying jet around the island, only prob i have is stuttering when game first loads other than that im getting nice fps 50+ silky smooth with i7920/gtx285, and when you flying a jet over the island and seeing that view, then you know this is g.o.t.y quality, well done bis.

    SAP_Clutter 2.0

Yer, options is what we need for this beautiful game, i want to choose the length and amount of sway the grass can move, i think you could gain a few frames if you had a option to turn off grass and trees movement to help the mid and low range pc gamers, like in crysis.
  5. Try this little gem of a mod, i gained 6fps went from 52 to 58, i tested it with Terrain Detail and Objects Detail both maxed to see the 6fps diffrence.:) http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=75873 ---------- Post added at 02:00 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:58 PM ---------- True, theres always a solution :)
  6. Thx for the tip m8.:) ---------- Post added at 01:51 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:47 PM ---------- Yer, thats why i went for 285, not 4870x2.
  7. Im not sure if this is a bug, But try this to get few more frames, when ingame goto graphic options menu, advance, and change the Postproc Effects, from low to disabled, or from disabled to low and back to disabled to make the graphics go sharp and gain a few frames, for some reason the game doesnt start up with the sharpness and few extra frames, i always got to change ingame settings when playing for the settings to change, even starting game up with Postproc Effects disabled they still look blured until you make change ingame. then sharpness comes back and gain 2-4fps.
  8. I wouldnt upgrade, unless you are gonna upgrade cpu and card m8, me and my brother both got gtx285, but hes got a e6600 oc 3ghz and ive got i7920, and theres a world of diffrence between both, so theres a major bottleneck if you only upgrade one item, he gets about 4200 with e6600/gtx285, and i get about 5500 with my i7920/gtx285 in benches.
