Sli and dual cards like 295s are not working very well on arma2, just wait for the next patch see what happens, its a pain in the arse i know.

I will try but im only 6 lolo :) joke, ok, not much time i need sleep, so ill show you quick way just unzip and put the ArmAIIMark.Chernarus in Missions folder, then start game, goto scenarios and click arma2mark to start, ive prob forgotten something, im on desktop. remember run it 2x.;)

That is bad for your rig, something is wrong somewhere, try the arma2mark benchmark tell me what score you get and please when you have run it once go on restart to run it again the 1st time is always crap. also download this driver please http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/win7_winvista_32bit_186.18_whql_uk.html before you install the driver, goto control panel,add remove not sure if same as xp, uninstall nvidia driver, use ccleaner after you uninstalled http://www.ccleaner.com/download this will fix any left over crap in reg just click registery, scan for issues, then fix after fix restart pc, goto your myconmputer,local disk, and delete the nvidia folder, not sure if same location as xp just find it and delete it after just use ccleaner again scan if no reg errrors then just install new driver. phew:)

Ive not seen one crash yet touch wood, im using 185.85 drivers and the first 1.02 patch, not tried the little 1.02 update patch that adds aa yet.

Well its true for me, ive not had one crash yet and its silky smooth, all ive had is a stutter when the game loads, but now it doesnt any more.

I would m8, thats the first thing i would try, oc it, im using the stock fan that came with it, i dont understand why your score is so low , my brother has got e6600oc 3ghz/gtx285 and scores 4200.

Well m8 ive never used 2 cards or a dual card before, i thought a 8800gtx to gtx285 was a big enough jump so i opted for the one card, mmm not sure about the 2nd 4870 for crossfire, i think game has alot of trouble running 2cards and the gtx295. if i was you i would get the 4890 or 285 sod messing about with 2 cards m8, the 4890 is around 2-3fps faster than a 285, i had a 4890 http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/1GB-XFX-HD-4890-Black-PCI-E-20(x16)-4000MHz-GDDR5-GPU-1000MHz-800-Cores-2x-DL-DVI-HDMI-HDCP but had some bad luck 1st day i got it i didnt know you needed a 6-8 lead psu adaptor you dont get one in the box, after i got it working about 1hr after playing the pc turned itself off, looked inside and the dam 4890 fan stopped so it was overheating, tried it in both pcs wouldnt spin, so i sent it back to get the gtx285 awesome from day1 no prob so far, this is my gtx285 baby http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/1GB-Asus-GTX-285-55nm-PCI-E-20(x16)-Mem-2484MHz-GDDR3-GPU-648MHz-240-Cores-2x-DVI-I-HDTV. i would say you would get about 10-15 frames more with 4890 over a 4870. try oc your i7 to 3.5gig and make sure you run the benchmark 2x not once the 1st time is trying to load all the graphics, alot of stuttering.

Theres nothing wrong with my 285 its working great, i think the only problems seems to be with 295 cards, driver prob need to be updated for dual cards.

I know in my bios i turned off threading or hyper threading, and all the cpu throttling crap, to stop my fps dropping ingame, and dont worry so much m8 you made great choice with that cpu, but if i was you i would sell my granny to get a 4890 or gtx285 to go with that i7920:).

No, i think you would be around same performance or a bit less, wait for next lot of cards m8, i think my 285 is about same as 2 8800gts, so 275 is not worth it.

I think yous should get a 285 if possible not had any problem no crashes or graphic probs with any game yet on the 285

Im using 6gig, but its only showing 2.99 gig ram, but i have no graphic probs, so must be the 8gig only bug, by the way im using 185.85 driver, and havent installed the latest version of 1.02 patch, im only using the first 1.02 not worried about added aa.

You should of stuck with one card for a game m8, a dual card is a nono, my setup works awesome with arma2, and it cost me £710 to update my pc.

Nothing wrong with this thread, and he asked for ingame bugs.

Any of yous know how i can make arma2 use more ram, its only using around 800-1.2gig. ive never touched the cfg file before, ive only used ingame settings.
