I am also having this issue and have not heard anything about it. I can join maybe 1/10th of the servers that I used to always play on before patch 1.54, now I can not join most of the servers, and the server kicks me before I even get in without any explanation.

I too also have this problem, I have tried every fix on these forums and can not seem to make it work with my gtx295, especialy with the sli "fix".

Cpu - i7 965 @ 3.2GHz Ram - 6GB DDR3 @ 1600 GPU - GTX295 OS - New install-Win 7 x64 Build 7100 Resolution - 1680x1050 Texture Detail - Normal Anisotropic Filtering - Normal Terrain Detail - Normal Objects Detail - Normal Shadow Detail - Normal PostProcess Effects- Low Resolution - 1680x1050 ArmaMark: 3128 -Ive done every tweak that has been posted in these forums and I still get major hiccups when I move my camera around, I just dont get it. AAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh.....

This is part of the post proccesing effect, it adds realisim to the NV goggles, its just an effect and part of the game.

Ive been experiencing this issue also and dont know what it might be, I recieve good framerates while ingame, however, on a good ping server everyone seems to be bouncing around and lagging to the extreams, I've checked firewalls and everything too, and I havent seen any posts about lag in mp demo. I'm running win7/64, and this issue doesnt not occur to me in arma1 :(
