Walker, are you ever capable of putting your hands up and saying, 'yup sorry chaps, I ranted on there about something I didn't fully understand and now I realise that it looks like I'm full of it'. Or do you just assume that because you think something that it therefore must be fact and that the rest of the world is going to stop and lower itself to your half baked 6th form childish outlook on life. Good fun that. I know what you mean about AI shouting, I had them all seperated out into small patrols and was all ok. At this point I realised that they weren't armed and would not respond to the psycho so selected all and sent them back to the ammo crates. It was at this point that one of the AI got a bit shouty and telling everyone to get into formation. I'll need to find a fast way to arm all my new copper friends before I send them out next. 3 and 4 always die at the start I noticed. Damn good fun though, can see this being a game I keep coming back to.

IceBreakr, if you could manage that with the result that 3 of us could play. 1 as the killer, 1 controlling the crims and 1 person controlling all the coppers so that all slots are operating then that would be great. Much appreciated :bounce3:

Damn good game. I tried this with a friend over LAN last night, with one criminal, (human), the other, (AI), acted like a squad member but with one policeman there was only one policeman. Is there a way to get the other slots that are not filled with humans to patrol etc? Or are they completely redundant when not possessed by a human?

Consumers choice, if some of us want it can you stick it in with the ability to switch it off for those that don't want them. Obviously I have a bias. What we could do to appease those with a bias towards no bayonets is have none by default, but then we can switch them on - sarcasm At the end of the day, for those that feel they have no need for them what is the harm in letting the rest of us getting up close and personal?

Ok, so it's the profile that's gashed. I still want to know though, if I have to uninstall this and reinstall it am I limited to the number of times I can do so before securicom starts to decide I can't use this any longer? If so how can I avoid this happening?

Game crashed, went back into Single Player > Campaign > and now I get No entry '\description.ext.Campaign'. There are no longer any campaigns for me to play, nowt. Not a thing. No saved games no new games, nothing, just an error message. I am trying my best to keep this calm and expletive free, I am fed up with the amount of hassles this games brings with it. Completely unacceptable in my mind. Another uninstall/reinstall required? Are there hassles with Securom activations if I am having to uninstall and reinstall so many times? Seriously Bohemia, whoever was responsible for the testing on this should never work again, a complete fail and your name is all over it.

How is it that I have managed to have the 2 AI fall into formation against the other coop player in manhatten. I can't get them to fall in with me for love or money.

I've reverted back to Manhatten as I had to cheat to finish that one due to Shaftoe being dead when I got back in 1.02 and to date not had any errors about soundcounter. As for the UAV, nope, I've not been able to get a lock on with that either and I haven't really faffed about with it since the start of Manhatten tbh.

The statement about not all bug fixes applying to saved games, does this refer to incomplete campaigns? I'm guessing if I restart a level on a half complete campaign all should be good, can someone confirm?

F4 to select medic, then 6 for action menu and you should see the name of the guy needing healed on the list, save you having to point. Yelling DANGER at them from space>7 menu seems to stop them getting cut down quickly too especially when you combine it with a crouch or prone stance.

It's deleting the autosave files on the second time you die, which suggests to me that this isn't a bug but the way it's designed. I could be wrong on that. Would be good to have a choice, we play in this manner or we want to keep the auto saves in the same way as it keeps it in the SP. I've started opening the folder where these autosaves have been going and making a copy of them so that they are not totally lost. It means shutting the game down to put them back and restarting but it's quicker than going round all the AI characters and listening to all the speel again before getting back up to the point we would be before.

Thanks Tom. Is there a way to use the squad.xml to create to tags, one at start and one at end. Example: [clantag] Mynamehere [section] ---------- Post added at 10:03 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:34 AM ---------- Hmmmm, just realised, I only need to include the first tag as part of the name for it to show.
