I patched to 1.2 like 2 weeks ago, now there is a new build of this version avaiable and i want to install it. I cannot because applying it says i have already the 1.2 , so im trying to uninstall the old one but i cannot find anything to uninstall it... there is a solution to get patched to the last build by removing the old 1.2 ?

up same problem here no solution... i'm trying to make a copy of the unpacked files in a safe place, now i will try to put those files back in the addon dir and try to patch again.. i wanna see if it has courage enough that cannot patch a fresh file. ---------- Post added at 09:33 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:47 PM ---------- This is what happened in the patch so far : Please be patient. As the last line says finally i succesfully applied the patch. I had a dir with the backup addon and when the patch said Error CRC, i simply take the fresh backup file and paste it in the game addon directory overwriting the old one. By Doing so i pressed then RETRY and the patch could go further on the next files till the last one. I dont know why this happens anyway its very strange.

Hi all, I'm having big issues downloading the digital version, first of all i tried to use internet download manager to boost the speed and sometimes i had to redownload some of the file parts because they were corrupted. Finally after 1-2 day of different try i get a "fresh full install file" , i installed it and then i find that the exe just don't run and ask me for a cd. Too bad for me because i wasn't aware that people had this issue and solved it by pointing in the Temp directory the right exe and make then the validation. So as i said being unaware i disinstalled all and i tried to isntall again. Too bad now that the progressive bar persist to block at 40-50%, it go backwards 5-6 times then it ends with a : ERROR CRC "filename" this is very strange because the first install went ok with no problems. So im now redownloading all the whole game.. and i would like to know if there is a way to Erase completely the presence of arma 2 from my disc, i fear that install shield is recalling some temp files that i don't know where is located. Please help
