    multiple monitors

    The TripleHead2Go - three monitor - setup is possible as seen above but not familiar with a way to export a working, or active map to another display other than using the above mentioned option of simply opening up a static image file of the map onto another monitor. I too wish that were the case with the active map feature you asked about as I'd gladly sort out a way to include that extra monitor onto my desktop.

As I stated earlier none of the load-outs are configured with any specific basis in fact and are all simply speculation and personal interest from my point of view. I simply offer this up in case anyone wanted a quick way to get their player units up and running. And to UKF developers, Thanks for everything. Your considerable efforts continue to be much appreciated here in my camp.
  7. I too like this idea. I currently run a Triplehead2Go setup but also have a second PC sitting next to me that I leave on for xfire and other nonsense. I do have images of the island maps on this PC and do at times refer to them instead of stopping what I am doing in game to take a quick glance at the map. I wondered if there was some way to add a layer of sorts to it that once the mouse cursor was placed at a specific point it could display the GPS coordinates. Mentioning this aloud once I was told that it may be possible by creating a PDF file out of it but to be honest I am hopelessly lost as to get it off the ground as I have no PDF file creation tools. Regardless, I hope that this could be sorted out as I agree with you that it would prove to be very beneficial indeed.

    Sound Of War v1.0

    Apologize for interrupting you Goeth but I did want to follow Kylania by saying that the cockpit sounds in multiple aircraft are quite high in my opinion as well. Seems that the FDF pack for ArmA really nailed that as I could actually hear others over the VOIP net calling for support and whatnot. Seemed to fit with the logic of aircrew wearing helmets with specialized radio equipment that defeated internal cabin noises. Another point of interest to consider if you get your recording equipment out again is to record the loading of a "full" magazine into a weapon. Your M-16 and variant loading sounds start out great with the empty aluminum bodied box magazine being released from the receiver but the insertion of a fresh magazine sounds just as "bright" as an empty magazine does. Definitely not a deal breaker but something that stands out to my ear. Sound equipment used: OS: Win7 64bit RC Sound Card: Creative Labs X-Fi Platinum Fatal1ty Champion Series Driver: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi and X-Fi Titanium Series Linux 32-bit / 64-bit Driver Headset: Sennheiser PC-350 closed headset Regardless, thanks for the effort and I look forward to any updates to this project and the upcoming island.
