Seems I was thick headed, and sought the info incorrectly. I was'nt supposed to search single player weapons, but campaign weapons. After searching a tad around, all i've seen, is that it cannot be done yet (cept taking the marksmans weapon) Guess I just have to wait for a mod :) why am I talking to myself ? ... ahh well

Greetings :) I've searched around for 'bout a week or so (including this forum read:alot :) ) And i've been unable to locate/find any information about changing weapon loadout in single player (coopers weapon) And i'm stuck. If this have been asked repeatedly, i'm either thick headed, or i've missed something and appologize :) I would like to ask if there was anyone, who had an idea, knew or know of a mod that makes changing weapon possible? 'Cause strangely the weapon loadouts never suits me :s (I allways get a halo, and im a iron/or acog sight kinda bloke) I know that I can hunt the enemy for a weapon, but it seems I use more time doing that, than focusing on the mission that lays ahead of me. Ahh i'm rambling, sorry :) Would love to hear if anyone knows anything, about the issue at hand :) Cheers, Meek.

Coolshop.dk Just send out mine today, so it'll land tomorrow. First time i've bought there. They said they would have it the 23'rd, but got it a day before. One place that actualy do what they say :eek: (normaly online shops, in my experience, say they will get stock at xx date and then you add a week or two) I normaly dont do this, but for once I'll recomend other Danes to buy Arma2 from them (Its cheap as well. I usualy buy from Gamestop or Betafon, but here it was 319 Dkr). So unless the mailman rapes it like they do to regular packages here in Denmark, then it should be installed and played tomorrow afternoon :bounce3:

There are some posts on arma2.dk where members talk about fade kicking in if altering the language files, and theres a "guide" to correctly impliment the "file" to the game. I'm new here, and know that it might backfire. First off, im not defending nor condoning bad manner and/or language. But personaly I can appreciate that people that have put time, sweat, and blood into a game gets defensive. Both people here, in my honest oppinion, could had done it different/perhaps better. Jalfrezes came off the bat offensive, and premature. He should had used a few minuttes to read the manual (rtfm anyone? or was that a 90's thing) and played around before blowing up on a official forum. He should perhaps rephrased his post a tad, if he was looking for a propper answer (I myself, personaly, cant speak for others.. Found his post to be flamebait as well) But alas, "dung" happens, get over it and lets all be friends. Humans are allowed to slip up. I'm not gonna defend Alex[Dev]72's post. He should perhaps had bit his toungue, and let it slip. But to be fair, I think we all would, in the heat of the moment, do the same. But calling it "Damageing to the game's sales" and saying "that if you where his boss, you would sack him in a heartbeat" is a bit off mate. tl;dr Let just enjoy the game (when we get it!) and hug a few trees in the process.

WTH :eek: I've been talking with betafon, all, and I do mean all :s the local game pushers on Amager, even darn Fona. And all I've got is an bum to blow as a trumphet. Who did you order it at? If i may be as bold to ask ?

Thats actualy mad cheap, like 335.00 DK / 6380.00 Isk. If it wasnt for the sexxeh box, I would jump at it in a heartbeat :)

The release date was here today (the 19th) for the EU, but has been pushed back (really funneh. I lied to me boss to get off early, so I could go to the shop. Nice that they changed the date in the shops after i went to work) Iceland, if I recall right, is the same as Denmark.. So I guess that you will have to wait till the 26th, or perhaps all the way to early juli (hope the rumors about august is a duck) Dont want to say anything false or wrong, since i personaly really want the game to be the most awsome it can be. You can order the german version and mod it to English. But from what I know, it has to be accepted server side. And some people are having issues with Fade, caused by altering the game. Im rambling :) sorry mate, hoped it was somewhat helpfull. /Meek
