Red dot sights are for CQB as they block less of your view. i think :/ -
you need details on really high if you want to see decent explosions. Also the vehicle needs to be damaged to hell when it crashes for a boom instead of just a burnt piece of toast bouncing

Well your comment is quite unnecessary as well then, seeing as how you delete my post -.- Staying on topic now - The us are branded as the hero's of the world because they try their best to portray that image which is why not alot of foreigners like the egotistical fruitloops. tl;dr It would be nice to be able to play as a british marine or some SF force like the SAS, just because the voice acting would be much better done than the microsoft sam american voices which are doing my head in tbh. And it would be funny to here some of the qwerky comments.

Why spend £100 on a system like this when i can just hold a button to allow me to look-around?..And unless you sit perfectly straight and such which i do not, a trackir system would just make my guy look up constantly :(

I'm not complaining about the US being the hero's of the game but don't people think it's getting a little old now? Portraying the US as hero's of every conflict... Why not let us play as the British SAS instead ;) that'd make a hilarious mod hahahahaha. "Oi dave, make us a brew wud'ya mate. I dont see why any pillock would walk down this valley anytime soon at this hour."

well if they are so basic, why isnt there a manual? should tell players how to operate the silly ingame command menu.

Sorry if this has been posted before but the command system really makes no sense to me lmfao, i come from the basic world of battlefield 2 hehe. I'm usually team leader with a squad of AI, i open the command menu, target the humvee and select the Get in Humvee option, yet the voice command comes out as Rearm at humvee instead of get in. It's frustrating because i don't want to leave them behind yet i want to get to the next objective quickly. The commands menu doesn't look like it even works for me to be honest.. i'm only able to tell them to get in formation, everything else like getting a AT specialist to target a BMP just doesnt work.

Nedley i'd love to learn the basic commands with a decent group of players but i lag my nuts off on official servers.

the chicken shakes the screen like mad so dont play as one :P the animals can only run straight ahead. But yeah you can spawn animals and have them wander about. -
Half of the replies are from people who dont own arma 2 obviously... You can fire a at weapon at your feet and it will go boom. But to the OP - the shot needs to hit it in a critical area..to the tracks or turret work best imho, it renders the vehicle useless and the crew bail out. - only the javelin is the one hit killer., M136 and the SMAW just disable the vehicle on one shot, two to destroy it unless you are shooting at the front lol

Happens to me as well, doesnt make it uncontrolable just annoying as hell and can put me off a attack run in the harrier easily...

Just another question, i know one of the the Harrier's has LGB's but how do you use them properly? Does a infantry unit paint the target with the laser marker, and the pilot see's it as like a killzone on the HUD, make a bomb run and nuke the area? Or does the bomb "lock-on" and fire automatically if you are in the correct direction?

Argh9R, everyone has this stupid mouse smoothing, but if its bothering you that much, you obviously play under 35 fps. We cant disable it but getting better fps helps. also if you play more you will get use to it and you wont notice it

Depends on how well behind cover you are, if you are exposed they will go prone and shoot you, but if you are behind cover they will run away and get behind cover.

The dev's were fired and the development moved closer to the AA3 headquarters, quite sad to say but they done a pathetic job. Before i couldn't even launch the game at all, now i can and i can login and edit settings but when i try to load a training mission the game locks up. - 18 hours with the new dev team and already we have progress. -
Hola... In warfare/scenario's i will always buy a corpsman or two to have in my squad, yet they never heal shot teammates or myself even when i press the Injured button on the commands list, they just stand there and continue on like as if nothing happened. How can i get healed by a corpsman who's in my squad? sometimes if i dont have one in my squad and call for medical support i will get some popup box with like a error of a voice that couldn't play or something similar. :s

Just a suggestion : Can you give the AH6 (black version or w/e) a Hud for hydra's and the miniguns? atm its impossible to make a attack run on a light convoy without alot of guess work or wasting munitions. Also how can one go about editing the amount of ammunition the little bird's have? The config.cpp doesnt have ammunition lines, just magazine >.<
