Can anyone reccomend a 3rd party server browser to use as the in-game one doesn't cut it.. I used to use all seeing eye back in the day but it's no longer working :(

I was just playing a MP game in Arma2.. really fun it was.. then out of no where.. bamm! C2D for no reason :( Is this a known problem? Is their anyway to fix it?

Going on my current specs.. CPU: Core 2 Duo E6750 Ram: 4GB Dominator DDR2 GPU: 8800GTS 640MB Would upgrading my graphics card make the game run better? Or is it cpu intensive? I was looking at this card.
