I'm getting the msvcrt-ruby18.dll problems too, bummer :/

Before I updated my drivers, ArmA 2 would only run on normal-high and I would still get FPS stutters. But now I'm running it on all Very High and according to dead fasts I'm getting 45-50 FPS average. This is also with a few other optimization techniques around the troubleshooting forum.

No problems here i7 920 / GTX 285 / 3 Gigs o' Ram. / Vista x64

Sounds like a classic case of FADE my friend. If your copy isn't legit, then that's the problem. If it is, it could be something else, or FADE still activated on a legit copy, as it sometimes does.

Yeah i've beat it ... 3 times? I think. I haven't played it in awhile, at this point i'm just waiting for online campaign to play with my friends.

Whats with all the ETW hate around here? I have played ETW religiously since it first released, and i can honestly say, i have NEVER run into a single bug, little or big. And the game has not once crashed on me. At least for me, it's a wonderfull game. And so is ARMA 2.
