Thanks for the info. Don't see the point not joining the developer program then :) -

Will opting out of developer build reinstate the standard alpha or do I have to delete everything and re-download again? -
ArmA 3 Black Screen/Display Drivers Stopped Working?
Raggz replied to CommanderJordan's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Come to think of one thing. The 2 last drivers have a big issue with Tesselation in Tomb Raider. I haven't checked it yet but it might be an issue for Alpha to if it is a driver issue. I have the same problem but I overclocked my Titan cards but the crashes are less frequent on stock speeds. I'm gonna check if the tessellation is an issue tonight though. -
Order Confirmed Message But apparently No orders.
Raggz replied to Kirkwood364's topic in ARMA 3 - BETA DISCUSSION
No steam key in my order confirmation either. It's hopeless. Can't even reach support due to the web being totally bombed right now :P -

Raggz replied to zenger's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
Wow, this looks to be an amazing mod. Good work... some of the screens are epic :D -
Well, with the fanboyism put aside the guys has a point. The game is riddled with bugs. But with a complex game like this it's somewhat accepted in the ArmA community mainly because we know that BIS works hard to squash them out. But i must admit. The state ArmA 2 was released in was nothing more than horrible compared to alot of other complex games. This is a game that demands patience in all aspects both in community and gameplay. Give it time and you will love it... unless COD is your'e favourite wargame ;) For me ArmA 2 is the ultimate wargame and the only true wargame out here :)

ARMA II Beta Builds Released: Latest version/build: 1.04.6xxxx
Raggz replied to mattxr's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - BETA PATCH TESTING
Same here. They don't listen very well on move orders. Especially regroup. Let's hope the last beta is better. -
Looks like there is a problem with I7 systems using GTX2xx cards. Game crashes to desktop while arma2.exe is still running in taskmanager. There's a thread about it over at Nvidia forums here: http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=106799 I just upgraded to I7 and i can't play ArmA 2. The game crashes constantly. Are you BIS guys aware of the problem?

-
No. not often..happend once the few minutes i ran the app. Disabling HT in bios didn't help either.

Same problem here. I7-920 / GTX285 / 6Gb ram on Windows 7 Ultimate X64 using 191.07 WHQL driver. New windows 7 install.
-
No problem. But the -cpucount=4 didn't help though. Game still crashes. I don't have any other game crashing on me. Even Empire Total War runs sweet.
-
Thanks, will try now. AND i didn't accuse BIS to be the problem. The link i gave is to Nvidia forums... i tried to pop the problem into the light!
-
Hmm, i'm gonna try disabling HT though i'd like to keep the performance it gives though. neverthless, they should fix the problem., either Nvidia or BIS whoever the problem lies with. btw, i'm using a Asus GTX285
-
Well, if u had taken the time and checked the thread i just linked to you would know it's NOT just on my end. Also try google I7 crashes arma 2...you will find quite many posts on the problem. Which card and driver do you use and what's your setup?
