I use Truemod some setting, quite love it! -
It will be better to track your face on jaw, cheeks and eyes to place PS3-Eye beneath LCD and with lamp above LCD or back. But I didn't use FaceTrackNoIR in Arma2, just for IL2. Now the problem is not very smooth as freetrack + WII mote, but quite convenience than it, higher CPU occupation. Look forward to further update. For E6600, 30hz, 15-20% CPU, 140-150mb ram, 60hz, 35-40% CPU, 160-175mb ram.

quite love the sound mod, no matter OFP or ARMA1, 2, the default sound, seems the gun in your hands is always far away from you. Thanks Anders, look forward to your further update! -

:D At first, thanks for your work again. I like mod section only list mods, and put beta into setting section, because it's related to official game basic setting too. I think it's quite organize than 1.60. By the way, some time, I got two same mods shown in mod list in V 1.60 yesterday. so now I am back to 1.5 -
I know what you mean. I have been playing OFP for long time, so it's not a order problem, I already order them standup and at ease(in fact, in OFP, I just order them standup is enough to catch up my action, but in Arma2 too %^&*), the enemy BMP is still on the end of S type road, blocked by a small forest. so the so-called AI will be suiside to stay and counterback if not quickly cross the road the merge inside the forest at our front.:confused:

Personal view, I like 1.5 version UI setting better. -
I play OFP from demo to now Arma2, seems Arma2 more on city war than battle field, it indeed increase a lot for requirement on a powerful machine. In my view, if play a mission such as Behind enemy line, the game run much fine, a lot of OFP feeling. However, default SP mission, such as counter attack, it's quite laggy for me. Now there are many posts for AI, I wonder if it's designed for more city war. because my personal opinion, OFP series are not good for CQB, but battle field background will be much better. I feel OFP have much fun than Arma, Arma2 is better than Arma on some point, but AI is always not, which is discussed by many ones, different opinions yet. So I wonder if Arma2 will take more to move to this trend, because I always think it's not advantage for OFP style. OFP simulate military role in game, it's fresh air at that time, and classic even from today's view. Now we still have something to improve, such as aim point occupy almost 1/4 screen with single eye, sleepy cars in movement, AI etc.

If Blur effect have no helpful for eyes focus, I don't think it will be any necessary in the game. Now the blur cause your eyes always lost focus point, it's really a pain for nature eyes feeling, people will subconscious force eyes to got focus point more clear even if you are not purpose to do so.

Yes, I totally don't understand why ArmA2's AI, someone said it's smarter than OFP, but for me, it's totally no any fun control a squard in Arma series. several days ago, I play a mission. No7 is injured, I ask medic to heal him, my smarter medic run away, for a while, I found he stand by a bus station, and look around with his gun, but the small city already occupied by us right now. Finally My poor No 7 dead for without heal in time. Then I ask all teamates to a new position, that medic still stand there, OK, I guess the small bus station block it, I find a jeep to crash it in order to help him, not work, the bus station is too strong than OFP's one. No matter how, I order him mount my car when I switch outside view, seems not work, when I back to inside, I found my smartest medic was already there :j: update: yesterday play SP mission Behind enemy line, in one scene, I order all teams follow me rush througn road and in the front forest when enemy armed car is not close in yet, but tried many times, the Bxxx-shxx AI always slow and enjoy fighting back with enemy armed car, always cause lot of them blown away, I totally don't understand one squard, teammates don't follow a leader's order, it can be called smart?

:j::j: I totally agree what you said. and disappointed to the ArmA, ArmA2, seems most improvement is GRAPHIC but with worse AI than OFP, but frankly speaking, even OFP's graphic, similar as opaque watercolour painting( I like it), just need some new technology decoration, improve missed which are discussed in BIS forum many times, it will already satisfied me.
