Just tried it out. GREAT!:D We had to call in airsupport to destroy some Russian artillery, and on our way back to the helo extraction we ran in to a bunch of enemy tanks, and we all died :P

Just installed ArmA2 now and I'm very impressed! I really miss those fancy little cuotes when you die tho :/ I only get 10-20 fps, but I'm still loving the game :D Soon I will invest in a new computer, and then I'm good to go try out some MP. Really looking forward to it :)

Hi! I'm just wondering, is there any way to get the helis to transport some troops to an area, unload them and head back to base? And how do I get the soldiers to eject from a heli or a plane??

I tried the demo today and my max fps on very low settings were 10. :/ But despite this, I must say the game seems awesome! And all the people that is wining about the AI, why?! The AI is REALLY improved! I really loved it, so all that is missing now is a new computer:D

What would you recommend? 1. Graphics card: XFX Radeon HD4870 512mb, or XFX GeForce GTX260? 2. Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3,16ghz, or AMD Phenom II x4 940 Black edition 3,00ghz?

Since I don't get any answers in the hardware thread in the ArmA forum, I ask it here: I have a laptop with an Intel core 2 duo @ 2.00ghz, a nvidia GeForce 8600M GS and 3 gig RAM. When I play ArmA (at low settings) I only get from 15-20 fps! only about 10 fps in areas with heavy vegetation. Is there something wrong, or is my computer that crappy?

I have a laptop with a core 2 duo @ 2.00ghz, 3 gig RAM and a Nvidia Geforce 8600m GS. Shouldn't that be enough for running ArmA on medium or low? I don't get it. When I'm playing I only get about 10 fps or so... Is there something wrong, or is my computer that crappy? :/
