    Pc locking up

    Damn I have the exact same problem. Never happened with 1.0 and 1.01. This makes the game unplayable! I've uninstalled my Nvidia graphic driver and reinstalled the latest one after what I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it didn't help. I'm on XP pro Asus P5E Intel core 2 duo 8400 (3.0Ghz) 2 Gb Corssair ddr2 PC 8500 EVGA 9850GTX
  2. BI did already improve AI in many ways. Their precision in path finding will be reduced down to centimeters and they will sort of move tactically...IMO we will not see any other improvement concerning AI in Arma 2. I'd be glad to be wrong but I bet I won't. Why? Because this game is already sold to all of you requesting things on this forum...and for all others as well. The only difference is the others will come here after to request the same thing you're asking for now : )

    Character customization

    I second that! This game suffer few problems like that. It's not because it's a sim that every little things have to be complicated. The weaponry interface can definitely be more user friendly and save a lot of time and clicks while rearming. i.e : one click on a M4 and you see all attachments and magazines available for that that specific weapon. You can now select each items you want with one click and confirm when you're ready. That would be ace!

    Absolutely true. I did some testing and it seems the problem is even more pronounced at long range (500m in my test). I've used SLA soldiers as target and did successfully hit 3 times the weapon of one of them. Hopefully this will not happen in the future version...but as I said before thanks to correct bullet deflection and penetration I think it won't ;)

    Damage to Weapons

    Hi all! I'm new here and I've been browsing the forum for few weeks already. Really good ideas and remarks around here! Concerning this topic here's some of my toughs : I heard the game will feature correct bullet path deviation/deflection and penetration. With this in mind I think the weapon will not prevent the unit to take damage anymore if it takes a direct hit on its weapon. And if LODs are accurately adjusted then ricochet should do the trick too! Since the rifle is hold close to the body I think a ricochet on it would result in a positive hit 99% of the time. What do you think about that?
