I haven't been keeping close track of arma 2 development, but I was curious as to whether the game sports female soldiers for us girl gamers that enjoy the series. and before anyone says something, I know arma is about realism and immersion, but just remember it's not terribly realistic or immersive to a female player when there are no other options than male character.

beta or not, I've had plenty of fun with arma so far and when I consider how much I paid for the game, my entertainment is disgustingly cheap from the community point of view, it is sad to think that modding will be split with the arrival of another game.. any projects people had in mind might be saved for the latest game to come out of bis' kitchen, leaving arma in a corner somewhere to collect dust.. on the other hand, bigger better faster stronger is seldom unwelcome personally I love the idea of developers such as bis getting paid well for what they do to provide an excellent piece of software with amazing community support that alot of us seriously take for granted I think this is good news

I was hoping someone might know of a pack or mod that was designed to replace the default soldier models in game. I somehow recall ECP being capable of doing this with an additional download, though from browsing the home of ECP on www.ofpec.com, I can't seem to find what I am looking for can someone point me in the right direction? thanks in advance

hans zimmer, but not without lisa gerrard.. his music although great, is nothing without her amazing vocal talent something epic using theme music akin to climatic movie scenes would perhaps be ideal played only at key intervals within the game personally I wouldn't like to see any specific set genre the whole way through, seventh were ok but it's too much guitar and not enough variety best solution would be to give the user the option to use whatever she/he likes via a music userfolder with scenario subfolders that way bis can use their metal and for those who prefer other genres can choose to do so, then everyone is happy

yay! new release of my most fav ofp mod, this should get me back to playing ofp for a while thanks to all you people at ecp who've worked so hard to make ofp more great than it already is
