Looking really, really great guys, On the issue of the ground vegetation, I would tend to make a concession to gameplay and not clutter the jungle floor so much that the AI can't move around. The current shots look about perfect to me as the canopy is solid but the ground itself is relatively clear. After all, if the canopy blocks out most of the light IRL there ain't gonna be much growing underneath. Cheers, Cornhelium

Very nice! That top pic reminds me of a time when I was walking on the moors and an A10 dived straight down at me. He was already diving when I turned round but then he pulled up a little and had clearly seen me, coming straight in 'til about 400 feet. Gave me quite a scare but was pretty cool too

Hi STGN, Yep - I've never been able to get "mission complete", even though I've searched the city and can't find any enemy left alive. Maybe some retreat outside the city limits, maybe someone is stuck in a shed somewhere, who knows. I have to use the Endmission cheat. What a great mission though Cheers, Cornhelium

Anyone been watching the development of Richard "Flexman" Hawley's high-fidelity Apache sim? Looks very promising - Flex was a central part of the Longbow community, and is aiming for "the Falcon 4.0 of chopper sims" Check it out at www.combat-helo.com Back OT, I agree that it would be great to see AI vehicles taking advantage of extended functionality, but with stuff like CoC UA AMOS, Unnamed's FO, DKM's Tungusta etc. (sorry to all the scripting gurus I've neglected to mention here) I think we're well on the way. Hope BIS are taking this on board for OFP2 but tend to think they should concentrate on getting AI to use the features, almost like an RTS designer would, rather than getting caught up in modelling player interfaces for each vehicle. Hi Pappy, So your AI rebreather units will move between land and water? Wow - I can't get the CoC divers to do that, they won't move from the state they started in whether on land or in the water. Are your scripts based on the CoC divers? Maybe they could "interbreed" ? Cheers, Cornhelium

Hi Denoir, This sounds fantastic. The OFP battlefield is becoming a more dangerous place every day ...inferring from this that there is now a system where AI can autonomously make calls to artillery, could this now be something that Unnamed's awesome AI FO could plug into? Cheers, Cornhelium
