It worked fine through the hub with the same key. We played for like 2 hours with no degrade in play.

I did the test for IPX and got that to work. I couldn't get the TCP/IP one to connect though. We're both using the same key, but that shouldn't be a problem because it worked through the hub.

Ok, I don't know if this is getting better or worse but I now when I select a map and try to hit OK nothing happens. It does this on both computers.

When I played at network party through a hub + multiplayer worked fine. But I'm at home trying to play with my brother and can't get it to go. If I try to host a game it takes a long time to get to the map select and then it kicks me to windows when I choose a map. If he hosts a game it works fine until I try to join, then it pauses for about 2 minutes and says something to the effect of "cannot connect". Any suggestions? Does it maybe have something to do with the IP address I'm assigning under TCP/IP?
