How should these settings fair? Phenom II X4 955(3.2GHz) 4GB DDR3 RAM NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 1 GB Running at a 1920x1080 resolution I just ordered my computer so I'm hoping to be able to run it better than I do now

First post btw I've been playing since OFP (Well, not since, but I got OFP around 2005ish as a present for my crappy computer), I got Arma a few years ago and I bought ArmA 2 on release. I have a good, not great computer, I average like 10-50 FPS in ArmA 2 depending on the area, but not great in general. I'm getting a job this summer so I'm going to go to ibuypower in a month or 2 to get a new computer (I'm building it specifically for ArmA 2), any suggestions for a good computer? (My limit is about 800-1000, I'd rather not go above 950, I dont have much money currently)
