Beautiful work guys! That MH-60L is absolutely eye-candy. Not to mention the textures on those buildings. You all really have attention to detail, I simply cannot wait to see the rest of this modification as times goes on. Outstanding work!

@MilitiaSniper That's odd, that's been happening to me as well. At first I thought it was because I don't have adequate memory, but it still occurs after I installed 1gig more. It's also happened when I played CSLA2 with SLX. Almost never happens when playing ECP, but always occurs with FSFX.

I don't know too much about this mod, but I'm guessing they were going to be making new HUMMVs, a new MH-60L, new buildings etc. Especially with ArmA having grabbed a lot of attention from addonmakers I think it's smart to select certain items that they wanted to create from scratch. True, it can't be called a 100% original modification, but from what I remember they never gave that impression. I don't mean to sound confrontational or offensive, but anyone who doesn't care for this mod is welcome not to pay attention to it or download if you don't like it. So long as they give credit to where its due (addon creators whose work is being used) I don't see any problem with it. I personally find this modification interesting and will continue to follow its progress. On a side note, I think the BHD MOD team could save some time by asking Laser to use his SFOD-D units and transfer Llauma's heads on them so they can use the BIS faces addon pack. That way you guys could focus on the map (which I imagine will take the bulk of the work) along with the various vehicles, and OPFOR units.

From reading the posts in here I seem to be the only one encountering this error. I'm getting a "ArmADemo.exe - Unable to Locate Component" error that reads, "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem" What does this mean? Thanks *edited to add: This happens when I try to run ArmA, so far I haven't be able to since I get this error message*

Every time I visit this thread to check on its progress the screenshots are really promising. While it takes more time and work it's nice to see all the vehicles will be original. I really like BAS's MH-60L, but the BHD MOD's one looks incredible. Plus the buildings/textures on all of the work so far is high quality. Nice to see there is a MOD still coming out for OFP thesedays. Keep up the good work!

Pirate2, if that's your reasoning why not just use SLX with an older version of FFUR 2007? That way you can have your features enabled while still using FFUR.

The primary reason for the creation of FFSX was to reduce lag as well as combining FFUR and SLX features/units, but it results in disabling the scripts you've mentioned.

This is quite an addon! Especially since there was no initial discussion about prior to release, surprises are always nice. Other than previously mentioned disclaimer about it being an early version, the scripts and animations are extremely well done. OFP's engine after six years never ceases to amaze.

Aside from the noted bugs, really love the patch! +1 on the new sniper units (ghillie model from dave's Code Blue?), especially the faces. Sound f/x on the AK series are a great improvement from the prior one. T-62, F-15C and Linebacker additions are very much appreciated, always nice to have a little something extra. As always awesome work tb84! Don't worry, I assure you there are a few of us full-timer OFP gamers out there, despite the majority focusing on ArmA. Thanks again

I don't know if you're using SamotH's addition (if that affects anything) or any other version because the AI when I play are pretty good shots at long distances. Also what level of skill do you have them set at (default?) because for me, when I raise or lower it I notice the reaction time and their increased/decreased use of flanking tactics and suppressive fire.

@456820 Is this addon only meant to work with OFPR vanilla and not when running other mods? I'm using FFSX2007 (with SamotH's 3rd version pack) and I am not seeing the 3D craters after I replaced the files (dePBOed and rePBOed) according the directions. Thanks

Awesome work, from start to finish your guy's mod are one of the very few (including Invasion 1944) that has come a long way since the way beginning. Incredible screenshots, wow!

Just curious, this upcoming patch will only affect things such as units and not replace any of the features if SamotH's 3rd update has been installed (i.e. special f/x, fire, smoke, clear water, etc)? Thanks

Hi, I'm using the latest Plus5 pack with GRAA and ECP and for some reason the US Spec Op units (silenced) use a AK-74SU with Kobra optic while the display says it's the HK? I've used the appropriate configs according to the readme and am curious. Thanks

@Solus, Love your mod, but I noticed that the Spec Ops Day (XMS) units magazines show up as a 0, which has them otherwise unarmed. The magazines themselves show up in the inventory, but not when trying to fire the XMS. -
Mine downloaded and installed without a problem, it just took awhile. Great product of course!

Just curious if anyone has had problems with CTDs when using with either Invasion 1944 or FFUR 2007? I'm using the included mod configs but for some reason when I'm in the editor and sometimes in single player/campaign missions it all of a sudden CTD on me. -

Also I noticed something when I run both SLX and FFUR2007, I have to set it "-mod=@SLX;ffur2007" not "-mod=ffur2007;@SLX" otherwise I get a 'No entry 'config.cpp/CfgWeapons.aps' error. If I have it the first way, it works, just thought I'd mention that. By the way I love the update.
