Hey DSF, One subtle change I really am grateful for, that no one has mentioned, or may ever mention is that the gate automatically shuts down much more quickly than in 1.1. that is a major improvement, and even though its something small, I, at least, am really grateful. Nice work to all involved

The dhd doesnt have any form of "memory". if you walk up to the DHD and click "Gate address" that shows you the address of the gate you're at, not gates you can possibly dial. you have to KNOW the address you want to dial either by a tablet or some other means

After downloading 1.2 from walmis's website, i no longer have any problems, so i suggest you all head over to ofp-sgc.com and redownload it

make sure you remember to correct the readme from "\DSF_SG_DHD\whateverscript.sqs" to "\DSF_SG_DHD\sqs\whateverscript.sqs"

I loaded one of the blank missions, Put down an offworld gate and an earth gate, and a DHD (old) and a dialing computer. On the earth gate i init-ed: [this, "earth"] exec "\DSF_SG_DHD\sqs\namedgate.sqs" on the offworld gate i inited: [this, "cimmeria"] exec "\DSF_SG_DHD\sqs\namedgate.sqs" It wont work. Even if I load one of the blank missions, put down two random gates, and use the dialing computer's database, it still doesnt work. Also, Whats the status of the DHD?

ive been using that for months lol only problem is it bounces all over the place on certain islands : / have you noticed the player (when you get out) its a circuite board pmsl ya lol but that damn thing wont drive up the sgc stargate ramp :/ i mean when its on it it drives backwards How do you get the thing to move? Nevermind, I got it

True, I cant recall a person dying, but they've sent a MALP to a planet who's gate is on its side, and after the MALP went through, it fell back in, and ceased to exist

I disabled the kill script like TheWraith...I hate to admit it, but its way better this way (being disabled)

well, the gate is SUPPOSED to have the kill script. the thing DSF did was fix the AI so they dont get killed when they come through. That way you can still have the kill script for realism, and you can still have your team travel with you

@Walmis: I think this is what TheWraith was saying, but in case he meant something else: A different topic for each addon, like the audio addon, and the gate addon, and stargate island addon, etc. Excuse the redundancy

I'm already a self-proclaimed ignorant noob when it comes to scripting, and maybe I wouldn't be so upset if DSF wasnt always like "The mod comes out tomorrow!" oh wait, that was a month ago. and you ASSUME I'm not working on anything right now

I just un-PBO-ed a mission, and it helps a little bit, but now all I know is which scripts are being executed. Is there anyway to "Un-sqs" something? I think that would help tons
