Why is oxygen not opening 3ds?

Do I input the pbo or the p3d.

I downloaded them from besserbs

I tried to open the demo units but as the original stuff they did not work. I thought that the demo units could be opened.

I dont know if i am in the right forum, but I was making the cheyenne plane, with the background texture trick. I saved everthing and closed it. Now when I open it the texture doesnot appear. Some guy from i44 told me that thats how thing work, that you have to make teh whole model in one session. I was wondering how do the people that make very complicated addons manage to do the model in on session.

I am tired of these turorials. How do you model from scratch, no lods, no texture, no ofp. How do you model? Do I need to take classes?
