    Playing Multiplayer with max grass/foilage?

    Strange i been on at least 10 servers today and not a single one had it on. Thanks for the quick answer though. Guess ill browse a few more till i find one with grass on.
  2. Just baught ARMA2 and so far its a great game, however i have one thing that is currently annoynig me and that is the lack of 3d grass on Multiplayer, is there anyway to force 3d grass on multiplayer games? or is it based on the server settings?

    Im trying to edit the .bat file with notepad. It loads up but it wont save the changes i make. Im using vista64bit any chance you could upload a changed .bat file so i can play your mod? Open Start SLX.bat with a text editor like notepad and replace everything in there with this

    Oh i love it, the rain going straight down is a little odd though. Now all we need is someone to make muddied up textures for troops and vehicles and a new wetter sound for going prone.

    I recently viewed the trailer of operation flashpoint 2 over on www.gametrailers.com looks cgi to me it cant be ingame, however many people believe it is. Could another ocmpany really better bohemia at there own game. I have high expectations of arma2 i think everyone does.

    At the very least a true follow up needs to have some sort of havoc physics in there. Along with directx10 support and better driving physics. Add that to arma1 and it would be a great game. Add it to a vastly improved arma2 and it will be awsome.

    ArmA Addon request thread

    a stalker mod based on the new game stalker would be great. Anomalies creatures military and set in a ruined city or osmething along those lines. Im sure it can be done.
  11. A mod based on the new game stalker would be great. Having just palyed the game i felt a little disapointed that it wasnt as open as id like and since arma can recreate whole islands it would be great to see something based on that game. Would require alot of work though but i think it doesnt have to be set in chynobyl afterall the book roadside picnic and the film stalker are set somewhere else. Anomalies would be tricky to implament but im fairly sure it could be done along with the creatures or some of them.

    Scripting and a few other questions?

    Please help someone, im sure theres at leasto ne person who knows a fix to this problem. Its the talk animation im initializing. But when hes shot he doesnt die. I was thinking of triggers that would end the script upon his death. Would this work? if so could some explain how to get the triggers to work?
  15. So far in my mission i have managed to get a guy i want to simulate he is talking. However when i shoot him he doesnt die. Is there another talk command that i could use. Or some way of ending the enabled .sqs when he is shot. would this stop him from talking and die upon his death? I know how to load a .sqs but no idea how to stop one.
