    there is no dedi server exe

    I downloaded version 1.05 (full install) from Sprocket last night and there is no ArmA_server.exe or server.exe. I need to deploy this very soon for a client, is I have the 1.05 patch also but am unable to extract this file alone. Is there anywhere I can download ArmA_server.exe?
