Problem solved. That's all it took. I had clicked like crazy on every part of the map, but where it mattered. The map isn't too laggy. If anything I seem to scroll so fast that I get lost. The game itself can be laggy, though. That surprises me as I have some high end hardware. Thanks for the help!!! Steve

I've clicked on just about everything trying to figure it out. It can't be that simple, can it? I'll give the suggestions a try.

I have the GOTY edition. Two weeks ago, from one mission to the next, the mission plan book shrunk. First it was half size, but now it's about quarter size. I can no longer read what the mission plans are. When I choose to view the map I can't read the book there either. Is this part of the "FADE" feature? The only thing I have done is to rename the save files so I can save more than once in a mission. Please help.
