I doubt the rangers still wear IBA,they had their own version of the spear body armor Click here, then Eagle industries made a kit for them,including vests and pouches ,the RLCS kit in ranger green color. Click hereSame body armor but with RLCS kit's pouches on it. Same era as the previous pic (Late 2004/early 2005) A lighter setup,no body armor but an RRV from the RLCS kit.Since then,they got ACU,and replaced the SPEAR BA by the CIRAS land version in ranger green color,so now the Rangers use full ranger green gear. About the nvg mount, this pic (RIP) show a version of the norotos mount. @Eversmann:The grenadier with woodland gear have frag pouches instead of the 40mm ones,and they should all have MICH.

Cause there is already one in the sjb weapon pack,and we're not sure is the sof really used much 6.8 weapons.

Are you sure that it do only have semi auto? And it has been seen a lot of time in us special operation forces but nearly never with regulars,that's why i' m saying it would be cool ta have the spr for the sf and to keep the m4 with scope for the regulars.

Hey thunderbird,how about replacing the m4 with scope the "special forces (day) - m4a1 scope" carry by the spr and staying with the m4a1 scope for the soldier who carry it?

There are the American apparel one and the Propper one.Today every american apparel acu will look the same and every propper acu will look the same.And the Propper and the american apparel will look very similar together. And if they appear to be different in different lights,well that' s the whole point of the acu,it will look more green in a forest than in the middle of the desert,that' s why it is dificult to make a good working acu patern in ofp.

Different ACU camo?

Hi thunderbird,very good job on the bdu guys,but the vest used by the acu cremans look like the one in nuts Acu special forces,and i think it was a land ciras,and seeing crewman with a land ciras is just weird. I think you should give them the acu iba without the plate carrier over it.

The problem is that acog is a magnifying scope,so it isn' t really comparable,and would give a big advantage to the us forces in the ofp' s open areas. EDIT: What a mo*on,i forgot it was only for the officer

Hey thunderbird,how about replacing the m4 the officer carry by the one with eotech? The reflex is nearly never seen nowadays.

@ DLEM: Yes,that' s the version of the interceptor im talking about,your tank crew and infantry should use it,none of your units should use the aav,if you want to stay close to reality. And as i said above,if by recon you mean Army special forces,they use a variety of plate carrier such as eagle rhodesian recon vest (the vest you modeled), SO tech Callahan...and body armors (the ciras maritime version,also known as RBAV,replaced the Spear balcs and the Paraclete RAV,but i think some RAVs must still be used).

Hi Dlem,great work on the units but i have to point out some things: As a lot of people already pointed out,they should all wear the new ACU version of the interceptor with more pals webbing than the older woodland/3 color desert/ Coyote brown one. The aav body armor you have on them was a part of the fsbe kitand was only used by marine force recons from something like 1999/2000 to 2004/2005 and have been replaced by the CIRAS land version in coyote brown,as a part of the fsbe 2 kit. They also all should wear the ACH,i dont remember seing any pic of a soldier with a pasgt with an acu cover. If by recon teams you mean Army Special forces,For a Direct Acton setup They should have the Eagle Ciras maritime version body armor in MJK (tan) color,and if some guys have TC 2000 without cover and some others have TC 2002 also without cover it will be fine. A peltor comtac headset would also look good. Then again really great work on the soldiers,and the patern seem to be dead on.
