    Codemasters will be publishing WW2 RTS buy C1 games.It was originally thought that Ubi would publish it.

    So you sort of got your wish

    Oleg Maddox the creator of IL-2 is behind it and it will surely be something very special.Too bad it's an RTS and not part FPS too but oh well you can't win em all I guess.

    And no this is not at all copied from the OFP engine if you had IL-2 you would recognize it as a very close cousin of that engine.The best WW2 flightsim available.

    Since updating to 1.85 I get an error in the top left corner of my screen every time I start OFPR the error is as follows...

    'private|#|': Error Invalid number in expression

    I'm hoping some of you might have had the same error and tracked it down to a specific addon.I have tryd finding it with windows find/search but it doesnt read the individual texts in the addon aparently and thus doesnt find it.

    I have over a Gig of addons and don't want to delete them all because of this one addon causing the problem.

    So if anyone knows which specific addon is causing this or perhaps a way that I can find out which one it is then please post it here.

    I know theres metion of a fix for climbing stairs in this patch but the first thing I did after updating was to load up "steal the car" and try to go upstairs in one of the buildings.Guess what... its even worse now.I cant get up the stairs at all

    Also whats that weird error mmessage when the game first starts"private# error invalid number in expresion"

    The "Cable Cheat" has gotten out of control lately. I wont elaborate on what it is because I don't want to help any wouldbe cheaters to start using it.All I can say is that we have had 3 squads use this cheat against us in order to cap flags in Ladder matches now and frankly I don't know how much more of it I can take.Iv'e taking SS's and sent them in to the ladder admin and everything but nothing is done.

    BIS, Please shorten the Max timeout allowed before someone is dropped from server to something like 5 or 10 secs or something so these lossers will be dropped from the game instanlty when they pull this crap.

    The way it is now they have time to go make dinner and come back before theyre dropped

    Please adress this in the next OFPR Patch PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

    This is crap. guess I'll spend the money I had planned on spending on Resistance on Delta Force Task Force Dagger.Know why? Because unlike Codemasters Novalogic Actually meant it when they said it would be available on the 28th.

    Stoner, Suchey or Karillion or anybody for that matter I was hoping one of you could tell me how to go about disableing VON in our dedicated 1.49 server.I remember seeing the instuctions somewhere afew months ago but I can't remember where.I know it's a server config entry but thats about it.

    OFP is not exactly 56k friendly

    Games usually last 30 mins

    Most dedicated servers have anywhere from 10 - 20 players

    GET CABLE no-one likes playing OFP against 56kers they lag, they are nearly impossible to kill because of this lag they warp all over the screen .If a 56ker gets in a vehicle that verhicle becomes lost in some kind of lag loop spome times where other players with good connection like cable and DSl cant enter it sometimes,they make the server lag,everyone has to wait for them to load the map etc... 56k +OFP =s lag lag lag

    Not trying to be a jerk just letting you know no-one enjoys having a 56ker in there server
