Be aware that if you are running TouchBuddy in local mode (i.e with the screen attached to the same PC that you are running your game on), then when you press the touchscreen and moves the mouse to that area and clicks, then the game can (and usually does) pick up those mouse moves and clicks.
In ArmA, with TB running in local mode, when you press the touchscreen, your player will turn and fire, because it has seen a mouse move and a mouse click. Absolutley nothing I can do to bypass this
I run all my games with TouchBuddy in client/server mode, with an instance of TB running on my game machine in server mode, and another instance on another machine (with the screen attached to that) in client mode. The client sends the key macros commands across the network, but it means that the game PC never sees thiese mouse moves and mouse clicks.
