Serious consideration should be given to allowing players to enter a game in the middle of a map, as opposed to waiting until the next round. Perhaps and option for server admins to enable/disable this feature. Also, when people speak on the voicecomms, it should display who is speaking. There are a lot of inconsiderate and immature players that make repeated obscene comments or just make irritating sounds and theres no way to kick them.
