I'm having problems with low fps is it my settings or should I get a ew box(computer) P4 2ghz geforce fx5500 2gig ram

I'll have some ready in a few months

miss_cleo, sorry just got back from some buisness and got a new camera to take the pics you need, I have  WIP models of the C1, C3, LG1 and m109a4 howitzers just give me the heads up and I'll get them going again for the new mod.

I started to make a few light/towed guns a few months back and decided to post something about them in the works are: west: M101/C1, C3, L118/M119, Lg1mk2 east: D30 resistance: M48 if anyone knows of other guns that would be good just tell me and I'll look into it.

why does everyone want an M110? I already have most of the pics from those sites I'm looking for not so popular pics. most if not all of these are being made by pictures as there are verry few 3 sided line drawings.

I've been working hard the past few days on the model and it just needs a few things changed on it untill its done these are older pics L118/M119 howitzer I want to know what you guys think or if you have ideas for other TOWED guns.....as my other computer went down the crapper with all my other guns so I'm starting clean.

After an extended time away from OFP I've decided to give it another go I know some of you ukf guys want the model so pm me and I'll give you what I got......as long as I can play with it first when your done I'm also going to be working on other basic gun models, dont be asking the world of artillery here people, just what I like....but if it is easy and I like the idea I might try it.

the names are a nice thing, a few years ago when I went to Ft knocks (spelling) on an exchange all the tanks had names but it worked in troops A troop tanks had names that started with a B troop with B and so on, it the same with artillery too. one of my cousins is in 7 cav as a tank commander and he says his tank is called "cats ass" cant wait to see the new version of this great addon

I like the looks of all of this stuff great work. and keep the sight for the lav25 as it is the same style of sight used in every lav turret for the last 30+ years.

if the piranah looks like the "stryker" its the same damn thing only diff is the stryker and Lav are made by GMoC in london ontario canada. and the "stryker" is a Lav with the turret removed and the remote gun system installed......I'd rather have a 25mm and a 7.62 that can shoot on the move instead of a single weapon that has to be stable to shoot.

man I cant wait for this...if I ever get my guns complete CoC UA is the first thing I'll do to them. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I'm in the wrong army to get my hands on it (I wish) it wasnt till a few days befor I left that I had a talk with CBFASI from the falklands mod that he gave me a line drawing of all sides of the gun to work with (he is making one as well). there is some good new.....I recovered most of the old guns I was working on so I might be doing most of them.....I need to learn how to make textures

damn these guys look good.....I really like the mud on the boots adds a nice "I've been in the field for 3 weeks and smell like a wet goat" kinda feel

So I'm back from hell now and I think I've forgoten how to work O2, the gun is in the same state it was when I left and I cant find the files from base that I got.....if anyone can make textures and put them on this thing when I'm done please let me know. cheers

WOW I really like where you guys are going with this. southafrican mercs add a new twist to the whole tonal thing I really like your Idea. my buddies father-in-law was with executive outcomes as a helo pilot (or so he says) so I'll see if I can get you some pics of there birds. and on the ak-74 thing when I was in CFB Kingston last year on a tasking we were lucky to have a class on forign weapons most of wich had been captured from bosnia or kosovo and some other countries I cant remmember but there was 5 AK-74's that they showed us and then they told us the storry about them, they were given to the U.N. observers by an old man who said that his sons and some of there friends got them from a russian speaking man and went to "play war" with some serbs....long story short ambushed serbs fought back the ak74's gummed up from the packing grece all but one died father picks up dead sons and ak's takes to patrol base end of story during the 90's russian commanders had to find a way to pay there men and buy food to feed them since wars need guns they sold the reserve weapons to all sorts of countries allong with ammo keeping the russian army together.

on the battlefield he who moves,turns and fires first and fastest wins. but you can also give the best piece of modern kit to poorly trained soldiers and they would loose to a better trained crew manning a sherman (though that would never happen, it would be funny to see) does anyone have the specs for the two (aka length width weaght max speed do they have normal night vision sights or thermal sights how many troops can be caried under battlefield conditions stuff like that)
