Some suggestions: -NSV or DShK to replace the M2 (East) -A correct BRDM-2 model to replace the OT-65 model posing as BRDM-2 -Fixed weapon load for pilots, tank crews ect: Sidearm+mags smoke shells and flares. -M47 Dragon ATGM launcher or M3 reloadable unguided anti-tank weapon (possibly multiple warheads) to replace the current Carl Gustav -RPG-29 or RPG-7V to replace the RPO "Shmel" posing as AT-4 I'm not sure, but I also remember someone making a realistic disposable one-shot LAW. I know the NAM-pack has a LAW that extends when you take it off your back. If realistic disposable anti-tank weapons can be made, then they should be implemented as well. Maybe you could create an alternative realistic config with SIG's armour values, T-80s firing ATGMs, realistic tank gun reload rates ect.

I'd say "yes" to a HUD, but a big "no" to a "DKM-style" hud. Their huds don't look real enough. They're somehow into cross-shaped HUDs without proper pitch ladders. It's as if they've never seen a flight-sim HUD in their lives!

Is it me or do the weapons seem to be out of scale? The FFAR-pod seems larger in diameter than the AGM-65 body.

The mushroom cloud doesn't seem to form up properly. It just appears there. The CoC version first builds a pillar and then grows a fireball on top of it. It should be like a rapid expansion to a half-ball on the ground and then slowly rising up leaving a pillar below it.

Yeah, the IRST stands for Infra-Red Search/Track. It is somewhat of an "infra-red radar", which detects heat signatures instead of radar echoes. The good thing about this is that the system is totally passive and doesn't send radar energy, so you won't be detected by the target's radar warning receiver. The mig pilot can turn off it's radar and rely on the IRST for stealthier engagements. The bad thing is that the detection range is significantly shorter than that of a radar and it's performance is decreased in bad weather.

I think Ships - like any military equipment can be useful in OFP, eventhough OFP wasn't designed for naval combat ...OFP isn't designed for anything in particular! It's just full of possibilities. Ships can serve as a platform for helicopters and marines. They could even serve as fire support platforms. Maybe with CoC UA. They also have anti-aircraft capability. The ships don't necessarily have to be driveble and they don't have to have an interior.

I'm back from the testing, and I have tho say this F-16 looked better on the screenshots than in the game with me in the cockpit. -Maneuverability is poor and is equivalent to the A10 if not less. -Several parts of the aircraft need remodeling and rescaling -Could use better environmental sounds taken from Falcon 4 -Pitch ladders are the only working instrumentation inthe cockpit and the HUD needs to be reshaped.

At last!!! A decent Viper for OFP! Oh, glorious day! You got there first before I did, but I haven't really had any work done yet :P

Could it be possible to replace the BIS tanks with SIG's ones in the later versions of ECP, and the UH-60s with BAS ones? ECT... I'm talking total unit replacement here!

I think the best thing would be to convince Marine and Deadsoldier to release their work to the public like the BAS did with the Super Cobra. Woot! My second Star!!

We sure could use an updated A-10. You might want to adjust the armour level, since this is the most heavily armoured fixed-wing aircraft in the US arsenal. Also some variety would be welcome to the weaponry. Maybe something like 2 ŔIM-9Ms, 6 MK-20 rockeye cluster boombs, and 6 Mavericks. Also the GAU-12 should rip through armour like there was no tomorrow.

As a reservist radar surveillance NCO in the Lappland air wing (The last unit to use Drakens), it sure makes my heart melt to see these excellent interceptors (in their time) which were retired the year I did my military service.
