    When I do bombing runs in OFP I normally select the target to be bombed, fly over it, and when I get a solid diamond, I release! 9 out of 10 times the bombs land close enough to take out the target. Same applies for strafing. That's enough CCIP for me

    Ok, I admit I might have been out of line. I was just wondering why the team went thru such trouble adding features on an aircraft that shouldn't have them, and nobody else ever noticed this. However i DO think that the afterburner is a good invention. And i really DO like this addon. It just needs some flaws corrected. I didn't mean to be ungrateful for this addon, and if I was, I'm sorry.

    Challenger tank

    This would be a downright sweet addon, if some inaccuracies would be corrected: Both Challengers 1 and 2 use 120mm rifled guns. I think the latest brit tank that used a 105mm gun was Centurion. I'm not sure about the machine gun armament either. AFAIK the brits use british versions of the FN-MAG, at least on the commander's cupola. I remember someone stating that the commander's MG is a little bit off place, but the MG really is on either side of the hatch (can't remember which side tho). The first thing I did when i downloaded this addon, was to test it against a BIS T80, which i thought was going to be a milk run, since a T80 would never be a match for the world's second most heavily armoured MBT right after Merkava. I fired one round at the T80 and i MIGHT have scratched the paint on it with that pea-gun! The damn thing took out my tank with just 2 shots!

    Well, i tried restarting the SF HALO and "snipping" training mission. 1 out of ten times i was "dropt" over land, so as soon as i noticed that i was going to land feet dry i saved! I guess it really is "dangerous to make HALO jump". Anyway i completed my SF training and soon all PLA base are belong to me!

    I was delighted to see this branching campaign. I tried 3 times to get through the first SF training. Now i'm at the HALO training, but me and my mates are always dropped in the sea! When i played the earlier version of the campaign I had a problem with the other SF training mission, where you had to shoot targets behind civilian targets. The targets didn't in any way react to any of my shots. I'd appreciate if a campaign would be tested before release

    Making an assault aircraft carriers!

    The way I understand it, you'd have to get at least OFP:Resistance, because the collision detection is improved in v1.75 in such a manner that Helicopters can land on buildings, bridges, ships, ect. I guess it would be easy to get even AI choppers to land on a static LSD, with an invisible H on the deck. Haven't tried it tho

The trick is to have some forward speed as well as altitude. When the engines fail, IMMEDIATELY push the collective down and pull back on the stick. You should get enough rotor rpm to keep the bird under control, and there's even some left to flare your landing.

    I'd like to see a CVN addon of same quality as the LSD. This carrier should be a static object (who is going to drive a carrier anyway) and the addon could include static Phalanxes and Sea Sparrow launchers, which you can place on its rightful places using SetPos when making a mission. Maybe the carrier could be in the "Groups" section in the editor, so that when you select it, it would come with all its phalanxes and sea sparrows. I've seen this used in the radar blockhouse addon. Also the addon should include scripts for Catapult launches and arrestor landings. Maybe the catapult script could work like this: When you taxi close enough to a catapult rail you'd get an action in the menu "Anchor launch bar". This action aligns the plane correctly with the cat rail and keeps it in place when you push the throttle to full power. After anchoring the action changes to "Launch aircraft", which uses SetVelocity to accelerate to about 180/200 km/h (You'll need to apply full power and full flaps when launching, otherwise you'll be sleeping with the fishes ...literally).

    This bird looks simply amazing! How many polys does it have? I see the Sidewinders are hard-modeled to the aircraft model ...good idea! You can define them as L strela and R strela and make them kinda like "tube-launched" weapons. This way we could have multiple weapons loadout, altho it would seen that the wingtip stations are always loaded, even after firing.

    Just tested this great addon. At the driver's seat there seems to be something wrong with the middle gauge (was it speed or RPM?). The needle is going crazy. Not exactly a critical bug tho . Very nice vehicle. Needs a commander tho.
