    Top for tanks

That's easy. Getting it from 100 to 0 without a visit to an intensive care unit is the real trick.

How much of your life have you wasted on ofp?

When used in conjunction with a spreadsheet, gives you a list of numbers which enable you to lay roads or walls in a perfectly spaced line in wrpedit.

How much time have I wasted? None whatsoever.

Chris G. aka-Miles Teg<GD><span id='postcolor'> As I read it, it was uased as a shore-based aircraft by the Fleet Air Arm, not from carriers. And looking again, the aircraft is a hunter T.8, a pure trainer.

You know, the way that this ship is built, it would be ultra easy to add point defence...

Am looking forward to finding a working link so's I can try these out for myself.<span id='postcolor'> I should think not! The correct term is "Ballast." That Jaguar flight model is just pure fun. for the first time since I bought OFP, I've been able to take off, fly a plane in the valleys at over 500 kph at no more than 50 AGL, and bring it back to a safe landing. Marvellous work!

Ha, I gots a million of 'em! OOer, never thought of myself as inspiring before! So SEAL Team 8 specialises in ship boarding? Does that mean you'll be putting out a ship as well?

Cargo Proxies? Extension of the towing scripts?

Have you tried using one of the towing scripts floating around (No pun intended)? I've been experimenting with units and can get them lined up perfectly BUT, the wave action causes up and down movement. I'm not much good at scripting. but if the problem of vertical movement can be solved, a ship should be able to move and conduct flight ops when stopped.
  17. Setting up a trigger where any unit which enters the trigger area will perform a given action; eg, go to the bathroom, any unit flush the toilet? Thanks in advance.
  18. Mr. T, all I can say is that when I cut and pasted the line you gave me I got the error message I posted about previously. Maybe I entered something wrong, but the jobs done now using Red's offering and I'm flushed with success.
  19. Sorted! Many thanks Red.
  20. Thanks for the assist Toadeater. Tried that line, but getting the error: unknown operator list.
  21. How difficult would it be to construct a stretcher? the 3d model and textures would be really easy, but it would need new animations. My idea is to treat it as a vehicle. deployed by medic (or whoever is carrying the appropriate pack), person in front "drives," casualty is obviously the cargo, and co-driver at rear. Scripting would involve getting the damned thing to appear on request, a command to move the nearest casualty into cargo. it would then be treated as another vehicle, to be driven to wherever. This bit wouldn't be too hard, The hard part would be the animations; "carrying" the stretcher while walking or running. If it were to be done, here's a suggestion to BAS; that empty space in the back of the littlebird; how about a proxy in there for wounded only? if a man can be fired like a missile, how hard would it be? How hard would the animation be?
  22. Just keep that British kit rolling in. The flight model is nice and stable on the Jag. Maybe TOO stable. Making it unable to roll at all is perhaps a bit too far to the opposite side of the coin. An easily controllable roll with accurate figures for speed/altitude loss is the ideal though it seems very hard to achieve within the OFP engine. That's something that it WOULD be nice to see in OFP2. On the model of the Jaguar; It doesn't have seperate elevators; the whole rear foil rotates; should be easy to fix. The primary mision is strike/reconnasance, so if you could put some air to ground loadouts on the finished addon, that would be great. You seem to have the same problems with your textures as I have; the green coming out too bright no matter what shade you use. If you find a solution, let me know, I've almost given up. Keep up the good work!

Ahhh, spring, and the mating frenzy of the lesser armoured M113. At the very heart of the mass is a single, rarely seen female...
